Breakfast staff were grumpy both days I was there. Not the most pleasant way to start off the day. Front desk staff wasn't able to answer any questions about the breakfast "vouchers." Aside from that the hotel and rooms were clean and had nice amenities. Thankful the A/C worked well!

Expensive parking, not patrolled or gated just a crowded surface lot with exorbitant abusive parking rates and poor customer service through the automatic text system. Sarcastic abusive text replies when providing feedback. The parking alone will cause me to look elsewhere next time.

Staying at Cambria Hotel was a great experience. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The place was very clean and organized.

The 24 hr shuttle was great as our flt was delayed with a 3 am arrival.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. The only issue is the extremely loud with low deep pitch air-conditioniner that I had to turn off at night in order to get some sleep.

The original room provided had a horrible smell and the tiolet was not working but the staff quickly changed the room. Unfortunately the look she gave me then asked, did you take your belongings in the room (she saw we had no luggage when we checked in). No ma'am we are not the reason for the smell. I have a feeling she knew that room was horrible, and turning the air off on Friday night was hotel savagery.
