Amazing stay!

The room has roaches although it was clean and had no smell which confused me, parking was okay.

I love staying here I always feel welcomed. I will continue to book anytime I’m visiting Austin!

Everything Nothing

Building is tired and the deep stench of weed is embedded in the walls and floors of the building. Bed was saggy and lumpy and took over 20 minutes to get enough warm water for a lukewarm shower. Front desk wasn't really staffed, leaving long wait times, and there was confusion on taking payments. Parking lot is downhill from the hotel and there's not a place to unload in front of the door, so have to hull upstairs.

Very close to airport for a 5 am flight Mattress upgrade needed. Pillows were LUMPY.

It was convenient to the airport though!

All was good. Only issue was extremely low water pressure.

Clean quiet and secure

Best Housekeeping staff in all of the sixes i’ve stayed in, great front desk staff, best security for guests. I will be back every time I am in Austin.

Nice place, I asked for extra bedding and towels and they didn’t hesitate to give them out. The refreshment vending machine was broken, so you do have to go out to 7-eleven after hours.

Not a good place

Everything was perfect except elevator not working and having to go to the 4th floor with two luggages dragging up the stairs was a killer ufff i thought i was going to faint
