Friendly staff, location, comfortable I booked this room on the strength of me using the pool and hot tub. If I'd known they were gonna be out of order, I probably would've booked at another hotel with an indoor pool that's available for use at a lower cost because the pool and hot tub play a role in cost. Another hotel was a lil cheaper but this room was chosen for the amenities that I paid for but couldn't use

Negatives: There were huge stains on the fabric chair next to the bed and the metal table next to it was actually rusty. The air conditioner was really loud and actually woke me up a few times. The walls were really thin and I heard people above us and in the halls easily (just really walking around). While there was soap and shampoo in the shower, there actually wasn't any soap to just wash your hands in the bathroom While there were some shortcomings, for the price and positive aspects, I would stay here again.

I never stayed but couldn’t cancel my reservation I get there pool and hot tub out of order I was there due to a domestic violence incident but had to go to a different hotel and you still charged me

Wonderful stay. Pet friendly. Staff was polite, cheerful and very helpful. Would stay again.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The kitchen area was good. Bed not very comfortable, a little bumpy.

The room was full of roaches. I had to go through loops to get a refund after I reported the bugs to the staff and decided to pack up and leave.
