Nice, clean property right off the interstate so convenient and easy to access. Good size suites with all of the necessary amenities, and plenty of food choices nearby in addition to gas stations. Friendly and helpful staff is a plus!

Sat afternoon/evening staff had no clue how to help with check in after a power outage. We had to sleep in our car until the 11:00 pm shift arrived and booked us right in.

Everything was good only problem was the elevator didn’t work, but other than that, it was a great day

Since the elevator was out of order Dion personally help us carry our luggage and my oxygen equipment upstairs to room 210. Dion spoke on the phone to housekeeping to mske sure our room was ready and had bath towels. It did not. We were walking in barefeet and my feet felt sticky. I got in the shower and a duscusting mess of black and grey fuzz rinsed off my feet! Than i noticed black hairs stuck to the shower tiles, my husband and i are in our late 70"s. We both have totally grey hair. Then i looked up and saw the mold and mildew on the shower ceiling and tiles. After my shower i examined the carpet better, there were candy wrapers hiding under the bedding that touched the floor, bobby pins a few pennies and just unvaccumed carpet.

Not a clean place. Especially for the price

Elevator was out of order , pool was closed , i stayed for three days was never ask to move from 4 th floor to lower floor. Had to make several trips to desk to get card reactive during my stay

Staff was good. Hotel was dirty and had a terrible odor in the room. Cancelled our second night and went somewhere else. Our luggage,etc stunk for the rest of the trip.

Negatives: There were huge stains on the fabric chair next to the bed and the metal table next to it was actually rusty. The air conditioner was really loud and actually woke me up a few times. The walls were really thin and I heard people above us and in the halls easily (just really walking around). While there was soap and shampoo in the shower, there actually wasn't any soap to just wash your hands in the bathroom While there were some shortcomings, for the price and positive aspects, I would stay here again.

I never stayed but couldn’t cancel my reservation I get there pool and hot tub out of order I was there due to a domestic violence incident but had to go to a different hotel and you still charged me

Wonderful stay. Pet friendly. Staff was polite, cheerful and very helpful. Would stay again.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The kitchen area was good. Bed not very comfortable, a little bumpy.
