Clean room the housekeeping and the staff were amazing and kind the bathtub was hard getting in. It was like a tub so I had a hard time getting in the tub. It was very deep next time. I’ll have to ask for a shower not a tub, but the area is nice. You can walk around the hotel as well to the beach. the beds were very comfortable. This is our go to place to go to when we wanna go to Avila.

I would appreciate for amenities a better coffee and tea service in the lobby. Such a nice resort could easily supply a nice coffee espresso machine to make several styles of coffees from fresh ground beans and a bigger selection of tea and a good hot water fountain/sink and water boiler,

Nice staff, beautiful property very nice room

The Forest Trail trails rooms are modern and quiet, even the A/C is quieter than a whisper. We have stayed many times over the years and this was the best yet. Looking forward to Christmas time this year

Our room was recently renovated and was wonderful. My only criticism was the water pressure in the shower was minimal, making it very difficult to rinse soap off and shampoo out of your hair. Otherwise the room was lovely, spacious and quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We like it very much for ms y reasons, but the staff is a primary reason . They are very helpful!

Older, quaint facility in a peaceful, serene setting. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only thing lacking is an on-site restaurant, although there is a market/restaurant next door.

Big nice bathroom in the suite. Little bit dated room but looks like we stayed in one of the older buildings. Very mellow vibe. Sportsclub shared on property. Free bike rentals etc. Located ~5-10 min from downtown but in a more secluded area.

Well maintained property. Plenty of available parking. Quiet location. Quick access to Avila Beach area. Will book again!

A great place to stay if planning a trip to Pismo beach area. Beautiful property grounds. Great walking trails. Easy access to freeway. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and beautifully landscape The man at the front desk was so super friendly.! Beautifully built and decorated Right on the Bob Jones path, which is a beautiful walk Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.
