Front desk staff was great.

We love it here and will come back every time we can.

The rooms are all newly renovated. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Property is great for families because rooms are spacious, and lots of activities for kids to play with. The breakfast was delicious with rotating options of food. My daughter’s favorite was of course the waffles. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach, park, aquarium and restaurant/ bars.

Place was awesome. My only little complaint is the walls seem a little thin. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was a typical complimentary breakfast. Will return

Very clean rooms, awesome views of the beach. Close to restaurants, beach, and shops.

Nice location. I selected for location, allows dogs and had a pool. I took my lap swimming gear, but was just a kiddie pool (my bad). They allow dogs, but for an 15 hour stay I was charged $150 (not refundable, on top of hotel reservation, again probably my mistake.) Bathroom had long black hair in the shower, the bathroom floor had toilet paper pieces and the sink counter had water marks. I blame the hotel administration, not the individual workers, who seemed serious about their jobs.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The view was incredible and the grounds were well kept. I look forward to visiting again once the renovations are complete, as there was some construction work being done during our visit.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, which I was unaware about when booking. Especially since room rate was full on summer rates just as every other year we’ve stayed. Not the end of the world but along with updating rooms, they also changed some of their perks. We’ve stayed numerous times at this hotel because of its amenities, largely the beach concierge service. So I was sad to hear that they were no longer offering this service. They still have all beach needs to borrow. Another change was their breakfast. It felt a bit scaled back compared to all the years we’ve been coming. I also noticed the yard games weren’t out on the grassy areas to play. I understand that they’re in the middle of remodel so that could be why. Unfortunately our room was at the edge where they were working on the building next to us. So 8am and they were moving large items up to the second floor by our door. The updated rooms are nice, wish theyd of kept the old balcony chairs as these were too large to turn them toward the ocean view to enjoy, and wish they’d kept the mattresses they’d had previously because the new ones aren’t comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely upgraded to showers which is great unless you have a toddler as I do who refuses to stand under water. I see some nice updates I just worry they are letting go of some of their amenities that I felt made the price worth the stay.

The issue I have with this place is they allow massive groups to stay. The amenities were overcrowded by the groups. When we asked to sit at a spot the group told us no they have it saved for others. The facility

On our way to the hotel, I received a call that a pipe burst in our room and we were sent to their sister property in pismo. Was not prepared for the change.

Location and free easy parking I was here for 1 night so was not really using facilities except for ice machines which ran out on two floors. Not sure what you can do about that but I managed to get some on ground floor.

The location was great for me and my family. The breakfast was very elaborate with lots of yummy breakfast options. The bed was very comfortable and my son loved being able to have his own bed in the pull out couch. Facilities were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I feel like there could’ve been more options to eat after 9pm looks like everything close by closes pretty early. Maybe some room service after hours? It’s kinda like a ghost town after 9 or 10 pm and had to travel about 15-20min to get food that late.
