Everything was perfect! Will definitely book again.

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfortable, view was amazing and proximity to walking to shops and resturants in Avila Beach wonderful. Enjoyed my stay will come back next time in the area.

Breakfast not served at this location. Lacked amenities. Not enough handicap parking. We had to park way down the hill which was difficult to walk up the hill to the entrance of the hotel. Need to provide transportation for those having difficulty. No concierge available to answer questions.

Everything was great! Went for my wife's 50th birthday and the hotel was amazing. We'll definitely be back

Very clean property. Great amenities. Staff were so nice and helpful. Beautiful sitting area looking out at the ocean sunrise to sunset . We would stay again!

Walking distance to town great but really no amenities to speak of. Surprised with resort fee.

Enjoyed the ocean view from our room and I used the exercise room and the pool. It would be nice to see a little Greenery around the pool it was quite stark without a lot of shade. Definitely an older Vibe here! A good place to come when you need a couple of days of doing nothing. The small area with shops and pier just down the road was pleasant but very small.

Breathtaking views were amazing and enjoy every minute of our stay. We are definitely going back!

Check in was a bit harsh, as the gentleman checking us in seemed in a hurry and only did the bare minimum to get us our room. He didn't tell us about the Welcome Reception until I asked him about it directly. Our room was seemed clean, but upon showering we discovered long dark strands of hair on our towels and in the tub. After mentioning it to one of the gals at the desk, she had our bathroom completely cleaned again. We also experienced a restless night on Saturday as guests at our end of the hall were still celebrating a wedding at 2am in the morning and then again at 4pm were in the hallway trying to get drunk people back to their rooms. We would love to come and stay again and give it a second try but we were pretty disappointed with our first time experience.

Everything was clean & well maintained & the whole resort was very relaxing.
