Comfort Suites Bakersfield

I love this hotel and I always stay there when I go to Merced. Great restaurants. Walkable too many restaurants and bars and attractions. Fantastic restoration. Front desk staff is polite and very quick. Unlike many other hotels even smaller or cheaper hotels. The only negative is that for some people having a room facing Main Street would be loud especially on weekends. The traffic noise or music from cars on a weekend night can be distracted. Even the less expensive rooms on the other side of the hotel are lovely and much quieter.

Everything here was excellent from easy location, friendly & helpful staff, clean and light filled rooms and community spaces!

Breakfast is great! Actual cooked food, not cold cereal and pastries.

Bed was too soft - woke up with a sore back. Otherwise service was good.

The WIFI is a bit challenging to get to.

Had difficulty with the WIFI. And the shower pressure was very low. Those restrictive flow devices are no longer required, per federal law.

It was fine for an overnight stay in Bakersfield, nothing fancy. I liked that breakfast was included.

Stayed here with my kids while traveling for work. The staff is absolutely amazing. So helpful and kind, and always looking after the kids too, and tending to their needs. The room was great, as we upgraded to the family suite with 3 beds plus the foldout, so everyone had plenty of space. The pool was a refreshing way to spend the evenings after work, and the BBQ saved us a lot of money eating out. If you are traveling though town, looking for a quiet and nice place to stay in Bakersfeild, this is the place. Especially if you have kids.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and fresh throughout the morning. We really appreciated how well the hotel was maintained and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

That’s for breakfasts that are probably $15 each so you might as well just take $60 off your bill and then go well. I guess that wasn’t that expensive. It included a great breakfast all you can eat.

This was a great stay. Room was nice and large plenty of space. Very easy to find and breakfast had more variety than other Comfort Inns we had previously stayed at. The lady working the front desk the evening we checked in was great so accommodating.
