The hotel was clean, staff was friendly

We were denied service by Carlos at the front desk, despite being regular guests. His attitude was unprofessional, and he treated our guests disrespectfully. The security staff was equally unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse. The entire experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable. Because of how we were treated, we were forced to book another room. We will not be staying here again.

$10 to park your vehicle

Carlos at the front desk treated my guests very poorly and refused to let them check in. As a result, I was forced to book additional room elsewhere causing unnecessary stress and expense. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we’ve always enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately, because of how our guests were treated, we will not be staying here again. Carlos and the security were rude and unprofessional.

Off 99, Costco for gas, and Hungry Hunter for dinner all real close. Hotel was great beds comfortable clean so it was a great stay to rest up before our next travel day.

The rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly. The breakfast was below Marriotts standards. As a Bonvoy member, I expected more.

Close to variety of dining options. I have traveled for 2 months out of the year for the last 3 years. I unusually check for free parking. Parking is NEVER charged when they have a parking all around the facility. I think I should have been informed when I checked in that there was a $10. fee per day. A few minor issues with room. One of the lights did not work. sheer curtains was ripped and di not work. Weird small bathroom where there was knob inside shower if used was blocked by toilet. Juice machine not working for breakfast - no backup.

Hotel is heavy worn and dirty and in need of remodel badly. Don't stay here, but at the Fairfield by the airport instead which is the same price and vastly newer and cleaner.
