DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bakersfield

Staff was excellent and we were the only ones at the pool and it was very nice and quiet. Had fun at the bar for drinks and food. Quick 1 night stay.

Clan room and gave us warm cookies :) perfect parking free!

The room was clean. This is our 3rd year coming here as a stopover to another destination. Hilton never disappoints.

I have stayed here several yimes snd it is awlays vlean & the staff always friendly.

Where to start, the girl from front desk, was not customer service oriented, AT ALL, I know is hard now a days to find good customer service but she needs training. 2, when we were going to our room the hallways had an awful fishy smell (3rd floor) very strong, luckily the smell was not inside the room, I did call reception and they said they would let maintenance know, the smell did fade out and eventually went away, and last but not least, there was a roach in the bathroom, simply disgusting, the guy from check out was nice so that was good. Definitely won’t be coming here again, will try the one across the street.

Lovely room and excellent service! I had a great experience at this property. My room was very nice, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. On top of that, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the chocolate chip cookie at the check in is always a bonus. I’d gladly stay here again!

Good location in close proximity to the airport. Food and shopping choices close by. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Gym with Peloton bike. Staff was courteous and helpful offering cookies and complimentary water.

Good service

My only complaint is that upon checking in, staff didn’t tell us of the hike we’d have to do, from parking to our room & did not offer luggage cart. Also throughout, hallway carpets and entry doors were filthy.
