Clean room

I was not offered a map to my room and didn't realize it would have been helpful when looking for the elevator. Once I located the elevator, finding the room was okay. The air conditioner was not working. Only the fan. It was a hot day so the room was warm most of the night. The sink is in the bathroom and not convenient. Most hotels have the sink in the adjoing room with the closet. Beds are firm. The hotel is in a convenient location. The property is quiet.

Rooms need updating; the bed was comfy, and the pool area is outdated. The restruant/bar area was nice. Tesla Charging stations were helpful.

Check in was a breeze. We stay here all the time when visiting Bakersfield. It's quiet. No freeway noise. Safe property. Rooms are predictably perfect every time. I love the shower body wash shampoo and conditioner. Crabtree and Evelyn. Even body lotion. Magnifying mirror. Never disappoints

Aside from floppy pillows. Everything was great!

Beautiful hotel. Only problem was the television didn't work. Maintenance was suppose to fix the problem. TV still didn't work.

We went with a large family group for the weekend. All of us were very happy with our stay. We used the pool and the lobby to hang out together and the staff was very accommodating, thank you for great service and the delicious warm cookies!

HAPPY WITH OUR STAY

Cleanliness The mattress had a sink in it. It was very uncomfortable. The smoke alarm went off at 6am because they setting up for an invent.

Arrived at my room to find a small dead cockroach just inside the front door. Cleaned that up and didn’t think anything more of it. Woke up the next day to find a very large roach in the bathroom that was still alive. See picture. After a couple of nights, I noticed that I was developing a few itchy spots around my body along my sides and on my legs. Realized it was bedbugs and I went to the front counter to let them know. They put me in a different room and told me to quarantine my clothes in some trash bags they provided. They also said they would have a professional come inspect and clean the room and I’d be contacted afterwards. Never heard back. Decided to throw the clothes away which made for a very expensive trip. Pretty sad to see a nice hotel line offer such poor quality and customer service.

Very clean hotel. Conveniently located. Amenities very clean and kept up with. Rooms nice and big and also very clean. Overall would recommend this hotel for a nice family stay or large group stay.
