Original room had an AC that was hanging on for dear life. Got progressively hotter and was switched to a room that smelled like mildew.

Need deep carpet cleaning

It was a last-minute stay in Bakersfield. The hotel was wonderful. And the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

I think the car parking should be free. This is the reason I don't go to Vegas anymore.

Always where we stay when traveling North. They are always accommodating when they can, no questions asked. My favorite ❤️

Great area, lots of restaurants, Costco across the street. Quick and easy to I-5. We always stay there when traveling North.

Our room was clean and spacious but there were a few "weird" things about it. The temperature was set to 53 degrees when we arrived and it was like walking into a freezer. There are lamps and charger ports for the person's sleeping on the inside side of the bed but not the outside. A reading chair in the corner of the room, but no lamp and no windows next to it. A desk and chair in the room, but no mirror to do hair/makeup. Free water for Honors/Gold or Silver members but all others had to pay $3 per bottle. If you don't really READ THE TAG on the bottle you'd be charged that outrageous price. Luckily we know to fill our bottles for free at the refill station in the gym. Crazy little things but inconvenient enough to probably not stay there again.

The staff are very kind. The lady at the front went out of her way to get us pool towels. The actual room is very nice and clean. They have a nice bar and restaurant too. My only ding is that the pool was messed up because some people threw pillows and actual chairs into the water.

The room was clean; it had ample usb ports for device charging; beds were comfortable (still too soft for us, but much less soft than some other hotels we’ve stayed in).
-
Clean and comfortable washer and dryer available. Site said free breakfast included in stay. Yet going to get breakfast immediately I was handed a menu to order food. That I had to pay. Also if your not a member apparently you are charged for water bottles in room.
