Location and property is clean We requested a ADA room and got it. It wasn’t until we entered the building to go to the room with our suitcase and items and saw the out of order sign on the elevator. I’m in a wheelchair so we had to walk to the elevator at the main entrance. Then discovered the room was at the other side of the building. The person checking us in should have told us when we registered. Very poor service. When we had discovered where our room was and the broken elevator we should have been told BEFORE the completion of registration.

The property is well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it’s nice to have soft/firm pillows available. We did not use the pool or dine in the restaurant. Snacks and a microwave were available downstairs. We did wish the room had a small refrigerator so we could keep our beverages cold and store restaurant leftovers.

I asked for some help with TV and maintenance was supposed to come up but they never showed!

The food in the restaurant for breakfast was cold The staff in the restaurant were very nice. We like having a bar there, even if we didn't use it. The room was clean. But the mattress was to soft. But all in all it was a nice Hotel.

El cuarto esta limpio me gustó. Lo que no me pareció esque al aser la reserva me ofreció que estaba incluido desayunó. Baje a desayunar me dijieron qué no estaba incluido. Y cuando en la compra dise que esta incluido. Devén ser más sinceros si o no.

Hotel was ok. Had some lights that didn’t work and a few electrical plugs that didn’t work. Overall it was a good stay though.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was really dirty
