Holiday Inn & Suites Bakersfield by IHG

It’s always been a good place to stay. Nice room, clean and comfortable. My dinner this week on Monday was really good. Salmon cooked perfectly. This location is good because it’s quiet and furthest away from the freeway of all the other hotels in this area.

Very nice clean and safe Housekeeping knocked a lot and almost walk in my room but the top lock was locked

It was nice & clean & felt save staff was nice & accommodating

Very clean and the staff were professional and nice.

Clean and fresh, a nice place to stay

Comfortable. Had to pay for my guest breakfast.

But for one important issue I would rate our stay as outstanding. But I believe we were mislead by false advertising. Before booking our room I checkered the website for this hotel. I checked the information under Rooms. It is titled: Rooms and Suites. Under that it says "each offers a mini-fridge". I found this to be untrue. We returned to the hotel with a small doggy bag from the the restaurant. No mini-fridge. I went to the front desk and was told in no uncertain terms that all rooms did not have a min-fridge. I showed her the website information. She then offered to store our food in a refrigerator. Of course the next morning no one could find our food. Though the website error is likely not intentional I am obviously not happy about being mis-led.

Exceptional

Fine hotel, slightly more than average. Nothing worth of mention

Good breakfast but variety would have been better. Parking sign puts responsibility on guests for burglary and damage to their cars.

Clean, nice breakfast, and pleasant staff. The burger place, within easy walking distance, was delicious! It was just fine for an overnight stay.

On site bar/ restaurant The pool felt too cold to me to use

Nice room. Good evening meal and breakfast. Handy location to break up a long journey

Superb

Fantastic breakfast Friendly staff

Really nothing much Desk clerk didn't explain anything to me Where to park room location or even ice machine Wasn't impressed by location. Taking several days for deposit return still waiting. 100 is too much for this hotel Won't booked again .

They charged more than the total price I was quoted
