The bed and the breakfast The tub look like it was peeling there was hair on the bathroom door. When we get there we didn't know that we had to pay for guests fee and parking it didn't say that when I booked the hotel so we thought were going to pay $317.89 but we had to pay $466.69 for the stay . I will not be staying at that hotel

I was disappointed with the room category compared with what I believed I was booking. My reservation was specifically for a “Suite, 2 Double Beds,” so I expected the room to offer something meaningfully different from a standard guest room. Instead, it was essentially one open room with some additional floor space and a small sink/counter area. There was no separate living area or meaningful separation between the sleeping and sitting spaces.

The staff were fairly helpful. The morning and evening desk clerks were helpful and accommodating. The night auditor was not very knowledgeable thus not very helpful. The initial room that I was provided was not up to standards. The carpet was stained and had burns in it. The tile was falling off of the walls. The cushion of the seat where I sat for breakfast was disgustingly dirty to the point I thought my clothes would be soiled.

Replace toilet in our room Staff was not at counter when we arrived and left. I came in read that booking info was no accurate and there be a charge to park. Came back in there was 3 check ins ahead of me. Do not understand why help was not asked for.
