Room needs updating. Carpet was torn and room was well used. However it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Joe canceling my reservation since they did not have the room required available Charlene the general manager looking for payment for a reservation her staff member canceled. Also elevators kept breaking down

Carpet stains, toilet was clogged very easily, no mini fridge, no microwave, and some positives were the gym, pool, and decent breakfast.

Years ago we stayed at Hampton properties regularly are were always satisfied. This time back (its been several years) I was very disappointed. I had to change rooms as the AC was broken in the assigned room. Between the two rooms I was in over 4 nights the carpet was worn/frayed and dirty; one of the bedside lights was missing a bulb; wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling; a towel rack was coming out of the wall; the landline phone on the table was dead; the room was dark. It was a very disappointing experience.

It was always clean and breakfast was readily available I liked everything about this property especially because it’s close to the avenue and white marsh mall

Good breakfast, room was clean, plenty of places to eat in the area. The bath tub faucet did not entirely shutoff and dripped all night long.

It was really shabby and gross. Not worth the rates for sure. The ac didn't work anywhere except the rooms. Absolutely disgusting stay.
