We reserved a King Bed room ! When we got to the hotel they were sold out of king rooms. We booked the room back in February 2026 and our check in was July 2026. The only thing they had left was a dbl handicap accessible room. If we had been handicap, we wouldn’t have been able to get into the shower if in a wheelchair because it was a tub shower combination. We have stayed here prior and it was ok. But not worth what they were charging! They did give us a 15 percent off the room !!

We were allowed to check in a little early which was great bc we were in town for a concert. We LOVED the 12:00 checkout time. Everything was great

We arrived at 530am after driving 17 hours. My parents are 84 years old and were exhausted. They had us sit in the lobby for over 4 hours to get in a room. Are you freaking kidding me. The shift manager was no help at all. They were not booked up so why couldn't they put us in a room. My husband had been up for over 24 hours. Totally exhausted from driving all night. The worst experience ever. There was trash outside the building and food stuck on the walls in the hallway. We have stayed at the Hampton inn many times before so this just blew me away. They had No compassion for us being exhausted and had 2 elderly people with us on oxygen. Totally disappointed ☹️☹️.
