One positive, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly.

All of the front desk’s members were so friendly, kind and helpful. They were all really nice.

The hotel was rather rundown. Customer service was lacking from the clerk at check in. She was more interested in her text conversation. Our room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. But the window shade was broken, the kitchen sink water would not get cold, there was unidentifiable smears on the bathroom wallpaper, the breakfast was underwhelming. The exit light on the 2nd floor elevator lobby had been knocked loose and was hanging. There were copious bags of trash in this same elevator lobby. The grounds were filthy with trash, bottles and cans all around the perimeter along their walking path. We will be looking for a different place to stay next trip.

Hotel was pretty decent two things I ain’t like , were the lack of housekeeping during our stay our trash overflowed and was never changed , we were not offered extra towels or wash cloths. We were unable to watch tv during our stay because of the rain so the cable was out, was told they had dish when I finally called the front desk. Then when we tried to get in the pool on our last day of stay we were told it was closed for maintenance. And we were not told it was a time difference in the serving of breakfast on the weekdays and weekends so on one day we missed it

The staff was great great and pleasant!! Breakfast was fulfilling 😋

Had a wonderful experience

If you have a lot of stuff (for work or family), you will want to ask for a room near the elevators, as they are at one end of a very long hallway.

Room was lean and spacious for just one person. Dishwasher,full size fridge and microwave,nice shower,great bed, desk, pullout sofa and ottoman. I was gone most of the day, didn't use the gym or swimming pool, but room was very nice and clean, plenty of towels, very quiet at night, slept great.

Features a fine variety of breakfast choices, a well-kept gym and pool, and 24 hour coffee, to boot! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Easy to reach I-95 and the 695 beltway, as well.

We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next time it will be a better pool experience for us.

The suite i had was nice i loved how spacious it was and best of all it wasn’t expensive

Room was a bit smaller than the picture. Other than that, the staff was great the facility was very nice. Minutes from food and shopping. And if safety is high on your list , I'll just say that , I felt very safe inside and outside of the building.
