When we 1st arrived we had to wait for 10mins before anybody showed at the front desk, no safe was in the room, housekeeping only came every other day and did not replace towels or toilet paper, only 1 of the 2 elevators worked an they one that worked was extremely slow. I called and left a message for the hotel manager to allow him an opportunity to respond but he never returned my call. I am a Hilton Honor's member and recently stayed at a Hilton in Maui but will never make a reservation with Hilton again.

Don’t usually fill surveys. We had a comfortable stay and excellent sleep! I think home2suites will be our “go to”. Receptionist was friendly and so helpful! TY Ted!

It’s very comfortable there , I love the trail for the children to walk . They enjoyed the pool . There was a grill to cook out a fire pit for sitting by at night There should be a jacuzzi for the adults that have been traveling and need to relax

The beds were comfortable. Timothy and Asia were nice! The outside area where the grills are located unkept. There were a lot of ants in this area. The shower wall had hair on it. I had to wipe the wall before getting in. Our stay was 9/19 - 9/20. The coffee machine not working both days. Only one elevator was working. The one that was working felt very shaky and had a loud rumbling sound when it stopped. The fruit infused water that's in the lobby was not changed out. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. For what we paid it was not worth it. I have plans to return in 2 weeks and reserved two rooms but I'm not sure if this is a good choice for my family and I to stay at this location. Great staff!

The stay was fantastic

My experience was good, Property clean, food excellent, pool clean, staff pleasant and attentive to my needs. Only issue I had was the ants. I was on the bottom floor and the ants were ridiculous, mostly in the bedroom area. When addressed to the staff they were very apologetic and willing to move my room, but I only stayed for one day. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking to visit the area.

Will stay here over and over again. Great staff, welcoming, clean and convenient.

There was a person at the front desk that was rude and disrespectful, along with discriminatory about who she helped. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I don't know if it was a one time thing, but the first rooms we received were not cleaned and it looked like someone's belongings were still in the other one. The outdoor grill outside of the pool had mice living on it. The outside patio area in front of the hotel were infested with spiders, but they are a part of nature. Despite what I pointed out, the hotel was pretty clean and very cold lol!!!! I will go back to this hotel. I just won't go hang outside. The breakfast was good as well.
