For me to leave, I’m going to miss it here. So I will be back! Awesome customer service this far.

I had to ask for a Paper towel to clean out the washer and dryer, they were all dirty. Facility is clean but wreaked of animals, should invest in strong deodorizer that other pet friendly hotels use. Room felt very sad, there were holes in the door and walls. It doesn't take much to buy a new door and if you cannot afford a new door or make repairs, you should allow the customer to see the room conditions before they accept it/pay. Lastly the bathtub has a slow drain, so I did not enjoy taking a shower because my feet were sitting in my own dirty water, , the whole point of me renting the room was to get cleaned up. I specifically selected this hotel because the room had a kitchen, but the cabinets were empty, no pots, no plate, no utensils… which defeats the purpose. Do not stay here unless you see the room first and are ok with the conditions.

Location and price was reasonable. We killed a roach in the bathroom.

no response to guest complaints - like complaints concerning continuous dogs barking for extended periods of time everyday at all times of the day and night. Apparently, dog kennels where several dogs in one room are acceptable in this residential location. POOR plumbing. The shower was dirty and completely clogged with nastiness after showering. for example. a dirty film of residue remained after slowly draining with residual hair and whatever else that stopped the drainage would seep back into the pooled water that gathered because the water was unable to flow normally during the actual showing process. Bugs and other insects were present on the premises.

The room was cleaned. It could use a paint job. You have to either bring your own cookware and supplies. A local Walmart nearby. Full size refrigerator, microwave and two stove tops. Plenty of parking. Close to White Marsh mall. The staff were awesome. Derrell was awesome. He helped me adjust my reservation with Expedia making me feel better about the situation. We stayed two nights without any issues.

It's truly isn't a "terrible" place to stay, SHORT TERM. Long term is actually much better. There are just people kind of "living" and you kind of feel like a tourist.

Great staff Dirty smells looks old doors were all busted up..feels unsafe guest hangs out at back door looks sketchy. Guest on the above rooms were very noisy seems like a child were constantly running back and forth late at night. Guest hangs out outside back door, very sketchy. Unfortunately I was unable to leave due to other hotels being booked up.

It was easy to navigate and I appreciate many quick food options around in the area. Staff was almost NEVER at the front desk, making me wait for long periods and overall just seemed over it. Room was also not thoroughly cleaned, just surface level. I genuinely think there was a feces stain on the floor, and weird syrup spots on the sofa. The ac also seemed dirty because it made me sick whenever I was in the room.

They cancelled my reservation without any notice. Due to overbooking. I showed up and all they had was an apology and advised to go search for something else.
