NOTHING You had to bring all your linen to the front to exchange for new ones smh . The manager ones to if u don’t confirm your booking and will go in your room if you don’t answer. The phone don’t work and and the place NEEDS UPGRADING SOOOO BAD . The so called rules upon entry are not told are on the wall or the manager do not indicate anything about exchanging linens. Places are horrible smells bad. The elevator stinks. Which one does manager seems like he has a issue.

They didn't have breakfast Room one sheetrock had been repaired but not painted, TV didn't work, cabinet are old bending with the TV and TV remote didn't work. Second room was a little better but the phone did not work. I w tried to call the front desk but couldn't, the room next to I could hear a lady screaming for an hour then turned on a very loud music, but couldn't call the front desk. This was about 9pm to 1 am. I couldn't sleep

I thought extended-stay hotels had dishes and everything like the other hotels that I’ve stayed in, but I found that was not the case

What I initially liked about this hotel was that the staff was friendly and professional but I later realized that they were being deceptive. I booked a 2 queen room and was given a 1 full size bed room with a sofa. The room was very large and rather sparse, so it fooled your eyes. I slept uncomfortably on the sofa for night. Not nice. Did not stay a second night. No integrity.

Booking wasn’t found upon arrive but manager was helpful to resolve. Far as the Room it was roach infested, dirty sheets, and long hairs was in the shower overall the room was not acceptable! It looks clean once you step in until you began to unpack. Room was supper cold and smells like Raid. I think they were aware of the issues prior. Due to them telling you to check your room prior to payment. I wouldn’t stay there again because the cleaners but the staff was nice

The location was convenient for our itinerary. The shower did not have hot water. The heat/ac unit was delayed so it would either be extremely hot or cold. The floor was sticky. The beds were uncomfortable with 2 flat pillows.

Everything was dirty. Food splattered on the walls. Hall ways smelt like weed. People outside smoking weed. Blankets were thin as paper.
