Would recommend to anyone looking for long term stay.

Understaffed leading to limited checkin availability

To make matters worse, the staff checked us into a room that we had already declined, despite clearly communicating that we did not want it. Additionally, there was no working phone number to reach the front desk, making it impossible to contact anyone for assistance when issues arose. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the inaccurate listing, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service.

Started out with a non working key and getting our room switched, staff was super helpful and did what they could but the second room was just as dirty, hot water was scarce and there were freaking roaches!!! That is where I draw the line. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ⚠️

When I ask the woman about could I have more towels she said to me that they didn’t have any more towels and when I ask when will they get some more she said she didn’t know. As a matter of fact she said to me you should have gotten some when you first came in the room as if I’m going to use the same towels over and over again, something I don’t even do at home. I can’t speak for anyone else but one thing for sure me and my wife promised ourselves that we will never come back to this dump ever again. In my whole entire life this is the worse hotel we have ever been in. We really would like a refund.

A good place to stay. Suite came with a full size fridge, microwave and stove stop. Just note there are not cooking utensils or plates if you want to make your own meals. It is in a great location about 4 minutes ride to the mall and avenue.

Even though I had pre-paid for my room through an expedia booking, I was told my reservation was not valid and that there was not a room for me. On top of that, both Expedia and the Hotel decided to keep my money and refused to issue a refund even thought they did not have my reserved, pre-paid room available! I attempted to check in at 7:30pm the night of my pre-paid reservation to no avail. Legal actions are being taken against both Expedia and this particular hotel. Beware!

Room was utterly DISGUSTING! Hotel management didn’t seem to care. Asked for toilet paper, was told they were out. Three days after checking in, I was told that the room I was in wasn’t supposed to be rented due to it needed renovations. Other guests were SUPER loud ALL hours of the night. Again, staff didn’t care. NEVER again will I pay that amount for a gross hotel!

Place was so gross. We did did not stay there we left and found another hotel an hour away.

Do not stay here unless you like cockroaches. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful but we ended leaving 10 minutes after arriving due to the bugs and cleanliness of the property!

Place and walls was dirty ! Beds was hard don’t go

No hot water . Staff was accommodating but otherwise no. Smelled smoke as soon as you walked out the main door :(

Will not stay again staff was nice though

Negative - The room smelled, blinds were dirty. There were no kitchen utensils or dishes (sets can be bought at the front desk), no kitchen towels, no coffeemaker. No room service either. There is cockroach infestation in the hotel. Free wi-fi only for one device per room. Dogs barked at random hours.

On top of that, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay even less enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay.

Super clean would stay there again

I was worried about bed bugs but I didn't see any. This looked like a long term place for homeless people. It was a big mistake to stay there for a short business trip.

OK so we never got to stay there! We were having a late check in and I called the desk and told them we wouldn't be there until 8:30 ish (even though room was fully paid for) and he said don't worry your room is here. We showed up and two women in line in front of us and who did not have a reservation demanded that they get a room. He spoke to his manager and they gave away OUR room. When we got to the counter he told us as much and offered us a filthy room with ants. We turned it down and went to sleep on the floor at a family house. Inexplicable how they could do that. Unbelievable. Made 7 calls to get a full refund.
