We were in town for a wedding during an EXTREMELY busy weekend. Everything in the area was sold out due to lacrosse tournaments and a huge concert in downtown Baltimore. When we arrived (exactly 3pm), the front desk staff greeted us and "physically" checked the room we booked to ensure it was ready. Everyone on the hotel staff was spot on with making sure all guests were comfortable, safe and enjoying their stay. Things such as saying "good morning", "safe travels" to the concert goers, taking pictures for the guests and asking if they could be of any help matter SO much. Huge "kudos" to the team on duty July 17 - 19 during our stay! Thank you ... until next time.

The bathroom was clean, which is huge to me. Breakfast was good. Conveniently located.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 . Check in is at 3pm. I was told that the pool was broken, then found out it was not broken! The girl who checked us in was very friendly. But she had to apologize because other staff members kept interrupting her during the check in process.

Great hotel nice and clean and great staff. The only complaint is the air conditioner smelled like mold. Oh man they need to change their air filters.

It is a nice new hotel and clean. Staff are friendly. But the arm of faucet is too short, which causes water to splash out of sink alway and flood on the floor

Just stay from me and my fiancé was the best. We actually had a good time and hopefully again sometime we will be able to stay there again.
