The breakfast is always amazing staff is always very friendly and helpful house cleaning always do a great job the only thing I didn't like was I wanted to swim before I left for a hour and it was shut down same thing happened last year really erked me that it happened 2 years in a row

I love how helpful the staff was with my autistic son. Also put us on a quiet floor with low noise . Which was very helpful for him. I love that it’s a no smoking hotel so I didn’t have to worry about smoke smells. The pool and hot tub was working just fine our whole stay.

Yes, Indeed.

I stayed for 2 days. My first issue was the pool. The water was not clear at all. It was very cloudy and it was not due to oxygen. I needed a wristband to swim because random people who are not staying there like to swim there. My next issue was how lot my neighbors were. It sounded like they had 20 people were in one room like it was a family gathering. My other neighbor was smoking cigarettes. With both of these things going on, none of the hotel staff responded to my complaints. The curtains for the window were off track and not operating properly. I had to use a ink pen to spin the curtain wheel to close the curtains. Thermostat didn't work. You had 3 options; cold, hot or off. You could not control the temp. Last thing, there's mold in the room. Overall, it felt like I was staying in a Motel 6 that was rebranded as Hilton Garden. If you know, you know.

Nice lobby but rooms needs updating. the lighting most especially. for the suites. it’s too dark. not enough lights.

First time staying here , myself and four children. Everything was perfect.. plus the indoor pool was a blast.

The hotel staff were great but the facilities need an upgrade. There were clumps of hair in the hair tub which was gross and the bathroom door had a barely patched hole in it. Not great, but the location was perfect so it was a trade-off.

Very clean and comfortable facility. Pool and fitness room were great. Had drinks, dinner and breakfast on site and it was great with excellent service. There were nice spaces to sit outside as well. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. NA

The young people program that was there. The furniture was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub had mold around it, the main bedroom wall had paint missing and the windows were dirty.
-
Pool was disgusting. Room Smelled like mildew. Too overpriced for the outdated room.

Checked into room only to find out the plumbing at the hotel was being worked on and there was no water until later in our rooms. Once the water came on, it was brown until the next morning. Out relatives had to change rooms because their toilet was not working and the room smelled like sewage. I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high bump in the center. Our bathroom looked like a highway motel bathroom. Missing lights, broken floor tiles. It was confusing because I booked this hotel thinking it was an upgrade for our Baltimore visit. The only thing nice was the lobby and pool. My niece and nephew loved the pool. When checking out, they asked "how was everything". I told them they don't want to know, they said they did... So I gave them the list, and they were shocked. It is their hotel, they know the shape it is in... I will never book this hotel again.

I am a Marriott member and I found the rates were too high for an overnight stay. I checked Hilton and they were over $200 less.
