Staff, location and cleanliness No body wash. I thought breakfast included in the price, quite expensive with tax and tip

Nice staff but very poorly maintained hotel, extremely dirty. Would never stay here again.

Dated. Pool and hot tub were nasty looking. Should cover them up and not let people see People were very nice

We stayed there on a Saturday night. There was a wedding or other function in the hotel and around 10/10:30 pm, people started yelling in the corridors, kids were running back and forth, the room across from us had a party with folks coming and going loudly, doors slamming until about 1:30am. Calls to the front desk asking for help were met with, "there's not much I can do, I'm new here"

I arrived early for check in and the desk clerk worked hard to get me in my room early before I had to leave for an event. She was very on top of things and friendly. I waited in the lobby while the room was being prepared and it was clean and comfortable. Later when I returned, we had a drink at the bar and the service was once again, great, with a friendly bartender (who remembered me from another stay). I looks as if the rooms have been refreshed since my last stay - clean and well designed. I slept like a log on the very comfortable bed! Basically, it was the least problematic hotel stay I may have ever had.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was the worst that I've stayed in at the White Marsh Hotel. Was not comfortable. I have never had an issue until this stay.

Everything was nice and the staff was friendly

The place is clean and the staff was friendly. When I checked in I had to change my room due to the air not working.

The curtain fell on my head. I informed the front desk attendant and she didn’t even care. The bathroom didn’t have any soap. It’s was the most annoying thing I ever experienced.

Busy One broken elevator Breakfast is not free

He couldn't even give me an explanation plus he wasn't sure if the Fure department was on the way. In thd morning during my check out I asked the manager for an explanation she couldn't give me one and she had a smart remark towards a paying customer. The room had no soap I've never seen this type of service before.

You had to pay for the breakfast. The hotel was pet friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The facilities are well maintained and clean. The room was clean and spacious. Overall my ten days stay was great!

it was good. wierd that you have to put your room #, sign it. unnecessary. I pre paid. why give me a bill.? The elevator was out. we were on the 5th floor. your sign on elevator should have stated out, then call for porter if necessary.

Property needs a fresh coat of paint, i can see the screws on my bad frame, this is like a third world country hotel, much less a Hilton. Perhaps the standards are different from before
