Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites

Main elevator was out of service and the breakfast was meager at best as only waffles and scrambled eggs were available plus some cereal. Room was clean as were common areas. One benefit was a guest laundry and a comfortable sitting room off the lobby.

I tried ironing my shirt ironing was durt sticking i asked to replace they told me 20 minutes we will call you nothing happened Also they asked me $100 deposit refundable but they didn't refund me

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable except our room faced I64 so traffic noise was prominent in the night. The air conditioner was high on the wall so a remote changed the temp as needed. The breakfast was acceptable- real scrambled eggs, sausage & brisket. Coffee was excellent and real milk. The breakfast area was needing more tidying during the time. The main elevator was out of order.

Unpleasant smell throughout facility. Elevator broke down. Two night stay; requested room be cleaned while we were out (left room at noon, came back at around 8 pm, room still not cleaned. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. Not a pleasant experience.

Room was very comfortable. Cable TV a plus. The wall A/C unit was a little noisy. Conveniently located near a mall with plenty of eateries.

Very dated hotel. AC did not work well. Messy breakfast area.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The problem came in when I had to move rooms because the cable on the tv in the original room was not working. I didn’t mind the room change it was when I woke up the next morning to leave the hotel both elevators on the property were not working. I didn’t mind walking down the steps it was my 73 year old grandmother that I was worried about. She was completely out of breath by the time we made it from the third floor to the first floor. I was happy the elevator was fixed upon returning to the hotel but there were no lights to indicate what floor you were getting off on. The ice machine on the floor we stayed on was out of order so I had to go to a different floor to get ice. Parking was nice but people fly in and out of the parking lot entrance and you run the risk of getting hit by other cars.

The breakfast was okay but nothing great. The girl at the front counter was friendly.

The room was nice but we could hear some road noise.

Sleeper sofa had a urine soaked sheet from a previous tenant. We had to switch rooms.

Room was decent for the price. Went to breakfast and a lot of the items were gone and still had an hour to go. Lots of cosmetics inside needs to be fixed.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. However, there were a few issues that I would like to mention. Firstly, the extremely hot weather this year made it challenging to move our luggage in and out of the elevator, which lacked any cooling air. Secondly, the elevator was located the farthest from the check-in counter, making it difficult for us to carry our luggage. Lastly, our room only had one functional power outlet on one side of the bed, which prevented my wife from getting her hair done properly each morning. Additionally, the floor in our room felt damp and moist, so we only wore our street shoes when we got up or returned to our room. The A/C units mounting was noticeably deteriorating I could see sun light from the sides of it every morning. The hall way smelled like mold and was very hot. The reviews saying it has a very nice view of Memphis were wrong it was mainly a view of just the mall and nothing else.

The staff members were helpful and attentive. However, based on the reviews, we expected a cleaner/fresher space. The hotel was dated and not kept up particularly well. Everything could use a refresh and remodel. The beds were comfortable and the A/C functioned well.

Good stay.

The check is staff was Wonderful. Our initial room did not have a working AC. But they were quick to fix the situation the breakfest buffet was not very good

Clean room and lots of parking

I was truly disappointed when I asked to use the gym. It was extremely dirty and smells as if it wasn’t used in months. Plus it had no air conditioning or a window to breath. Very disappointed
