Holiday Inn & Suites Memphis - Wolfchase Galleria​ by IHG

The restroom had baby roaches crawling on the floor and the tub after you turn on the light. Stayed Saturday night and left 5am Sunday morning to travel so that's why I didnt ask for a different room. I am really shocked because the previous year that I stayed at this location that did not happen.

Staff was great. Room was pretty nice. Shower was a disaster. Lots of black/dark mold. I needed a shower and used it, but I was very reluctant. A little tilex goes a long way.

This hotel needs updating!! The mattresses are horrible and the carpeting was filthy. It smelled like the room had just been sprayed down with bug spray.

The mattress felt like a 600 lb person had created a depression in the mattress, the main issue was the noise of the mechanical systems, my bed was actually vibrating due to I am guessing the air conditioning unit, the level of noise from the A/C and something in the bathroom ceiling was just unacceptable, I could not sleep properly, at 0230 I got up took a shower and left, if I couldn’t sleep I might as well be driving getting to my destination. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy even he deserves a good night sleep.

They have the very worst breakf that I have ever had in a hotel. Food is not kept hot. Coffee runs out and they don't notice until you tell them and it is not hot. They label the eggs as cage free. But they are powdered eggs. Items run out and they don't notice. The toaster is totally inadequate even for a bagel. There is nothing like a microwave to heat up muffins or any other food. The menu is the same every day. I just don't understand why a Holiday Inn that you would expect to be better than most is actually worse. The room was nice, but the shower control would not turn off so it ran constantly. The hallways are hot. I was pretty disappointed. I won't stay there again.

Good location Facility was dirty and run down. Our room smelled like it had been sprayed for bugs. We did not see any bugs our room was not clean. Behind the bed head board was dirt and old food. Bathroom had mold and peeling paint. The pool area was also very dirty and run down. They also closed the bar and restaurant 1hr. before they were supposed to and it was a Friday night. The restaurant and bar was one of the reasons I booked this hotel and then we couldn't even use them.

Items in our room were broken, staff were told, no accommodation given.

I loved it 💕

The pool was dirty and there was a party with people drinking alcohol and smoking pot. The kids were swimming in pjs, no clean towels

The front desk ladies were super nice and very helpful!

Love the suites at Fall Creek. It’s an annual tradition for our family. This is our 5th stay and we love it.
