Didn’t like the ugly wig rude old lady or the other unhelpful workers the room was ok wasn’t like the pictures show and was over charged

Good location but not well maintained at all.

The room and property was extremely dirty. You can clearly tell the rooms were not vacuumed properly. The bathroom floor is was always dirty. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and the girl just gave me a blank stare, she didn’t care. The hotel, lobby, hallways smelled like weed, I couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast looked disgusting we never tried it. Save your money and look at another hotel that isn’t in desperate need of a full remodel.

I dealt with 2 desk attendants and one was friendly, personable and helpful when I checked in and checked out. The other was not. Not friendly when I asked about pool access and not friendly or helpful when I needed to add a last minute room the first night and was told without looking they had no availability. Used Expedia to find another accommodation and booked a room in the same hotel. I would stay there again if I was in the area but I would consider trying other properties first.

Everything was great, amazing water pressure! Room updated with wood/vinyl flooring which was nice. Only negative was no printer available to use.

My sons stayed here for 3 nights. The liked the location and the hotel but complained about the room being small. Other than that, they had a good experience out there.

Super clean, super quiet. No rif raff or bad parents w/ unsupervised children running amuck.

Shower didn’t work properly and the hot tub wasn’t hot

I think this hotel needs total renovation. Staff were great considering the the hotel conditions. The reviews are not representative of this hotel.

We have had no control of the air unit- freezing cold and we actually turned the unit off but it continues to blare cold air. We have had no hot water until it was addressed 2 days in a row. I always try to stay at La Quinta’s however this one has been a very bad experience

The breakfast was not good everyone does not like wheat bread. When you check in they should tell you that you have to have a separate key card for the pool. The ice machine didn’t work on the 3rd floor. My refrigerator didn’t work we had to get the one from next door.

Clean room, staff helpful, parking good, wish the refrigerator had a small freezer. It seems a lot if the hotel refrigerators don’t have freezers and we like to freezer a few water bottles for our small cooler it keeps longer than a bag of ice. We did enjoy our stay.

Very dated property and could use some attention maintenance-wise. Parking was easy and usually tight outside the wing where we stayed. Definitely not what I expect from a Crowne property.

After a long day of driving I was greeted by Angel at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is exactly who you want as the first face your tired guests see. Thank you Angel!

Floors in room and cleanliness Free breakfast

The room was very clean, which I appreciated. Noise from other rooms was minimal, except for the loud sound when toilets flushed. The location was easy to reach. I was placed in a "handicapped" room, which I didn't require--it seemed there had been a computer glitch so that when I arrived shortly after 3pm to check in, no rooms were listed as available in the system. A second clerk suggested simply that I be placed in room 208 (the "handicapped" room), which she knew was clean. When the door to the room closed, it slammed--very loudly--so I had to be careful not to allow it to close by itself. The shower head didn't work, only the spray arm. There were small holes in the wall above the headboard of the bed, which was a little creepy.

Clean and convenient.
