The room was like a home away from home I was not a fan of the pillows otherwise everything was fine

Staff was very friendly, especially the front desk person when we checked in on Thursday evening. The gentleman who oversaw the food service was wonderful. Bedding was not good. Need a blanket and a decent comforter.

Everything from check in to check out was a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, our room was nice, spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is DELICIOUS! This will be our spot to stay when visiting Memphis!

Bed was very hard like wood and uncomfortable and pillows they were like old pillows very floppy. Not firm super soft with no fillers is the best way I can describe it. The hotel was clean love the location. But I and my husband were not able to sleep
