The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Up until the car got hit in the parking lot over night and the person who did it left the scene everything was ok. We found it in the morning at check out and the staff was not helpful neither was the police. We were also parked by cameras. I thought this area was nicer/ safer part of Memphis. Other than the car getting hit and no one helping the hotel was nice. Not sure if I would stay again due to safety.

The lady named Fran that worked the breakfast in the mornings was so nice to everyone. Excellent customer service. She made everyone feel so welcome!! Our stay was nice and would stay here again. Felt clean and safe. Close to lots of places to eat and shopping.

Staff very friendly and good location, but the property has definitely seen better days. The carpets were worn out, bath tub had pink bacteria, and the room smelled horribly.

We stayed for two nights while we visited friends in Memphis. The day was absolutely perfect! Our room was clean and the AC was cold, which we appreciated during the heat wave! Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We didn’t want for one thing. Parking was ample, and everyone was super friendly. Location is really convenient and safe. Having a target, Walmart, and other choices just within minutes of us was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again.

My grandkids and I loved the breakfast, the pool (which is why we were there). Our room was good, but the bathtub walls were not so clean. The bathtub walls were not so clean.

Don’t get breakfast The housekeepers was rude knocking on my door like police and the bedding on the beds had spots and pillows need to be thrown out the old had yellowing and brown spots all over them and hall way wasn’t vacuumed the whole time I was there the same trash was still in front of my door .
