Area seemed a little sketchy to me? They had a security guard. Didn't personally have any issues though. Older hotel.

A great stay! The hotel has been updated and is extremely clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was good as well. Location is good with plenty of retail business surrounding. We are usually in the area twice a year. We will definitely plan on returning!

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond with questions and accommodations. Breakfast was delicious and they had lots of great options. Kids enjoyed the pool, I just wish the patio chairs right outside the pool fence was non smoking as during our pool time we constantly smelled and inhaled smoke ☹️ Rooms were clean and comfortable and blocked all outside noise out. We had a great stay

The front desk was very friendly . I think his name was Marcus. He told us about the breakfast and the other amenities. Enjoyed the water and cookies. We stay there once a year. We love it. They were able to get my daughter and I close together which was a plus.

Room was a little warn down. I really hate to see hair on the bathroom. Also, the floors all seemed to need to be caulked or sealed better - dirty just found is easy in the crevices. Room stayed cold. Breakfast was great!

The roon was clean, staff was very professional, and breakfast was great a well. The overall stay was wonderful!

Excellent customer service

Worst stay! Dirty, money hungry hotel. They took away a deposit with no explanation or reason. When I checked in, the lady in the front looked at my card and made comment that I must be “so fancy” and then purposely placed my room in the last one by the exit door. Extremely inappropriate, I am a young woman by myself, this is a safety hazard. There was constant noise from the exit door slamming and the laundry room. The gym had roaches. Unsupervised children running around facilities of all hours, screaming not letting anyone sleep. The room had MOLD everywhere. They covered the restroom walls with plastic paneling to hide this mold. The TV did not connect to live broadcast. I had to play music on my phone to drown out the noise, the walls were so thin. Please do not come to this place. I wish I could have stayed somewhere else but only had a few hours before I got on the road again and it was too late to switch to another place.

Breakfast was good clean room

Good bed and shower. Room was clean but needs updating. It appeared that there might be some remodeling being done.

Everything Nothing

The location was near everything that you may need. The bathroom vent was not repaired properly upon our arrival, it was hanging from the ceiling, we reported it but no one came to repaired it.

My son said the waffles were great. I didn’t eat breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and we didn’t hear one sound when going to sleep!! Popcorn for the microwave ?
