Great food. Awfull parking lot hughe hole in parking lot drive way that should have been repaired could have been hazardous to autos or people No smoking at front door by employee or guest

Our room had a bad smelled and my wife got frightened by a large water bug after taking a shower. I also we found the side door not working for us to enter, we had to walk around the hotel in a 103 degree temperature. We understand stand locks break down it would have been nice if someone add a sign so we would have not parked on that side of the building. Trying to open a door that's not working for 5 minutes in 103 degrees was draining

Our room was a parade of DIY mysteries: The A/C: Disconnected from the wall thermostat (luckily, we cracked the code). The Sink: Faucet wasn't actually attached to the countertop. The Toilet: Operating on its own unpredictable phantom-flushing schedule. The Walls: Featuring unpatched, unpainted scars where a mirror used to live. On the bright side, we did spot a diamond earring dangling from the fire sprinkler. Sadly, it turned out to be fake. The ice machine was out of order, and judging by the weathered state of the "Out of Order" sign, it’s been retired for a long time. The front desk staff were wonderfully pleasant, but at $300 a night? Ouch.

8:30am we had Hampton Inn worker banging on all doors yelling when will people be checking out, so now we're awake and start to take a shower and there's no water in the building zero compensation just leave.

The room had mold on the walls. The toilet was falling off the wall. The paint in the bathroom was peeling in the shower. There was mold on the tub. The room smelled musty. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was decent.
