GREAT STAY

I immediately reported the condition of the room to the front desk manager. Rather than offering a solution or attempting to make the situation right, I was told there was nothing she could do because my reservation had been made through a third-party booking site. Regardless of how a room is booked, every guest deserves a clean, sanitary, and habitable room. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The cleanliness and condition of the room were completely unacceptable, and the lack of customer service made the experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again. Breakfast attendant was great

Alexia at the front desk was fantastic. Friendly, efficient, quick and gave us late check out as requested. Other staff people were friendly also.

Nice stay, nice front desk lady.

Not the cleanest or most maintained, but it's still good for the price. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which is appreciated. Our only complaint really is a lot of light comes in the room from outside and its all night long. If you or your kids need a dark room to sleep, this may not be the property for you. We didn't sleep good.

The hotel is worn and the furniture badly frayed. The bathroom toilet rocked and the tub was unclean. Not the most comfortable stay- definitely not worth what we paid.

The comforters were dingy. Stains in the carpet appeared dirty, the chair had visible stains as well.

Great to be in a hotel that the air worked when it was hot.

The staff was great and the environment was clean. However, the room had a tear in the carpet, worn shower bench and cap of hand rail was loose. The toilet was very slow to flush. The lobby was very nice.

Loved my stay! Highly recommend. Clean, affordable, close to food. A+++

The night we were there, there were literally dozens of dogs walking around the hotel, many of which were barking from their rooms so it sounded like a shelter when you came in the door. Probably no fault of the management on site, but demonstrates why many hotels do not allow dogs or pets. Also, the back door and side doors did not work with the room keys, which meant having to walk completely around the building to get in. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient and probably not a new problem.

For the type of hotel this is. We had a few issues our tv was broken, there was a nasty stain in the rug under the table. There was no bedding or extra pillows for the pull out I had to ask... it seems like all the hotels we stay at in this area are in need of an update.

Brand new hotel so... everything was new and smelling like new :) The room was very clean and breakfast was good, lots of options. The check in lady seemed to be bored.

The staff was nice and I didn’t complain but the carpet was nasty, the chair in the room was stained. The room smelled bad and the blinds were broken. The toilet rocked and it was too small. Bathtub had some mold. I expected more out of Hampton. I would probably never stay there again. The surfaces appeared clean but it definitely needed deep cleaning.

The staff was very friendly ans accommodating.

The cleanliness of the room

The $75 pet fee is excessive in my opinion. A pet deposit that is refunded if no damage or incidents occur would be more fair. I will not be staying here again unless the policy is changed. Otherwise, everything else was quite good.

Location was close to highway with easy access. Front desk attendant was personable and informative. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Location, size of room, plus it was quiet. Staff was great! They were out of pillows. How does that happen? There were 2 for the king size bed and zero for the sleeper sofa. That was the on,y room available for a family of 4. But no pillows for half of us. Paint was peeling in the bathroom.
