Pool was closed for repairs. It looked like they were renovating everywhere. The room was not fully renovated.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean looking but the carpet had a musty wet dog/smoke smell. The room felt damp and musty even with ac running cold. Breakfast was $13/per person upcharge. Overall not as updated or well maintained as most Holiday Inn Express properties I’ve stayed at.

Pd $40 for powdered eggs, bacon, toast coffee and juice for (2) people. If it had been complimentary it would have been the worst one ever! Don’t buy breakfast there. We should have known better when no one was in there at 7:30. Hotel is very clean, but very pricey.

Room had a damp smell. Only 8 rooms to clean but a 12pm check-out was out of the question.

My room air conditioner was extremely loud. It woke me up at night. I thought it was the maintenance crew cutting grass until I found out it was the AC.

The front desk person was nice and helpful. Good location. The problem was I paid for breakfast while making reservation. I went to restaurant an hour after they are scheduled to open and it wasn't open. The front desk person had an attitude about it when I asked about breakfast. No explanation. Hotels.com took care of my refund quickly
