Was not a clean hotel. I had to switch rooms because my sheets were dirty with food and hair when I pulled back the covers. Thankfully front desk lady got me a better room but entire property needs to be deep cleaned.

Rented a room for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Her and one other friend enjoyed the pool and the rooms were super nice and clean. Loved having the kitchen area so the girls could snack all day and night. Breakfast was great as well.

The hotels amenities and cleaning far exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was very well done and the quality was excellent.

The breakfast options are very limited. No, fresh or hot food options, other than make your own waffles. Everything looked like it came out of a package and served "as is." This was disappointing. I am a longtime Hilton Honors Member. I have stayed at Hilton's all over the world. Most at least offer some level of healthy food options. Not this location. That said, the Staff is amazing. The rooms are very spacious.

It was a nice property that seemed to trend towards extended stays, with the way the rooms were set up, to all of the items in he room. The bed was great, but all the items in the room were a lot for a single night stay. Our first time staying with this brand, and for the price we paid, it didn’t live up to expectations. There was no ice bucket in the room, and while there were hand soap and body lotion in the bathroom, there was nothing in the shower. We had a couple of lights that were out, one in the shower and one in the entrance hallway. The breakfast was bland without much of a selection of hot foods, and what there was, seemed just lukewarm and tasteless. The biscuits were hard and dry, and the chicken sausages had no taste. The egg/bacon/cheese bites were good, but not very hot.

We arrived with our two small dogs after a 10 hour road trip that was difficult, there was no one at the front desk for a good 10 minutes. When she arrived, she told us the hotel had overbooked and canceled our reservation (they did not make any effort to contact us) and that we were rebooked at a lesser value hotel which was not pet friendly. We were left scrambling for a room and had to drive an additional 30 minutes.

The location was convenient. We stayed there for one night last year and it was good. We arrived at 3:05 p.m. Macie at the front desk told us our room wasn’t ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour before we got our key. We opened the door and found the room had not been cleaned. Went back to lobby. We had prepaid for an accessible room. We accepted a regular room but later discovered that we’d been charged again for the room we used. Breakfast was cold and the orange juice machine didn’t work. Furthermore there was not a manager in the hotel.
