Their pool was closed for renovations but staff directed us to go ahead and use the pool at the sister hotel next door so we were still able to go swimming. The breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, pastries, juices and milk, a good selection for coffee/creamers, fruits, and more. The gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and especially good with our kiddos. Very kind and helpful. Both ladies for check in and check out were very sweet. Would recommend for families for sure!

Was ok….had to microwave food to make it hot. The heavy curtain in room does not close to make room dark at night and keep outside lights out. Only sheers close completely. Water in shower never got hot only lukewarm! The door was hard to open and close….needs adjusted somehow.

Bed was hard otherwise it was great

Elevator was not working
-
Under construction but quiet stay with friendly staff

Property was under renovations and elevators were out of order
-
Elevator was broken. So I forced to cancel.

Room was not available upon check in and had to get smaller room. Elevators out of order the entire time and had to use stairs to get to room.

When I booked my room there was no mention that the hotel was under renovations and that the only rooms available were on the second and third floors. Not too big of a deal except when I arrived at the hotel on 9/11 to check in I was greeted with a sign that said the elevator was out of order and of course my room was on the 3rd floor forcing me to use the stairs. For the amount of money I paid for my room it would have been nice to know that the elevator was out of order due to the renovations and I could have decided for myself if I wanted to stay there. Some sort of discount would have been nice. Additionally, the television service goes out when it rains so they might want to include an upgrade to the television service.

Had construction going on in building couldn't sleep

The elevator was broke and they were remodeling the 1st floor, I was traveling with my 87 yr old mother and she has knee and hip problems. It would have been nice when they called me earlier to verify card to let me know that the elevator was broke. I would have cancelled and found another place, but it was 11pm.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had at a property. The hotel was undergoing renovations. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have stayed there. There were mattresses, air conditioners, and ironing boards everywhere. It was like walking through a maze. On top of that, the elevator was broken. I received a room on the third floor. I had to haul my luggage up three flights of stairs only to get to my room and it not be what I booked…but was told that was all they had available. Showers did not get hot. Tv was not a smart tv. Cable went out when it rained. I will say the staff was nice. Everyone I encountered was nice even though all of the issues were out of their control.

The room was clean and the hotel was nice for the most part, but the elevator was out and my room was on the 3rd floor. Also, it looks like there’s some kind of construction going on so there’s equipment and dust in certain areas. Other than that the hotel was quiet in a nice area surrounded my stores and restaurants.

It was clean It wasn’t the room I originally booked !

Nothing about it was acceptable. The facilities are run down, only one working light bulb in the room, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, the pool was closed for repairs, the only reason I picked the hotel was it was supposed to have a pool. The hotel is under major renovations, and was very run down. Everywhere you look you can see maintenance issues that have been ignored for a long time. Will never stay there again, was way too expensive for the condition of the facilities.

The water was cold had to put run 30 minutes before getting hot.
