Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Batesville

The bed was comfortable. My sink was stopped up and it wouldn't drain. The pool wasn't opened and that's why i booked this room. The inside pool was much needed. I had dirty towels with hair all over it. Then to top it all off the tv didn't work. Horrible experience!!

Very nice

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor in the room was covered in bobbie pins. Residue on the night stands. Wheel broken off on the desk which made it almost fall over. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. Pool was a green color and so dirty you couldn’t see bottom. Trash on the bottom of the pool.

Everything Shortage of towels

After checking in and getting settled, I discovered two maintenance related deficiencies with the room. When I shared the information with an employee on duty, the individual was curt and defensive, but indicated I could change rooms the following day. The next morning, I raised the issues with a different employee, and I was assigned a different room. Later that evening, I realized the new room had a maintenance problem also. During my interactions with the employees, neither apologized for the inconvenience, nor demonstrated urgency in resolving a less than optimum experience at this particular facility.

The friendliest staff ever. Clean rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Mattress is too firm.

Good Nothing

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a little early. The lobby was clean. The room was stuffy. It smelled like it was musty, mildew, and damp. The tub area had mold. The bathroom shower curtain looked like a pet has been scratching and playing with it. The towels looked discolored. The lighting was not the greatest.

It was the closest hotel to the family reunion that I was traveling for. The first room had a busted TV and the bed wasn't made. The second was better but the entire hotel was out of towels. The second night there the whole first floor smelled of marijuana. The breakfast the first day was old and had been sitting out so long that the biscuits were hard as hockey putts. When I asked about some fresh food the lady rolled her eyes and said there wasn't anymore only to bring some out later when it was closer to ending breakfast.

Halls smell like mold, room was very "muggy", carpet felt wet, had to put AC all the way down to get rid of moisture, toilet handle hanging off, workout room no hand sanitizer, no cleaning wipes, water bottle refilled had brown buildup, lots of pieces/equipment in food area broken Just not a well kept hotel

First time at this location. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool water needed cleaning. Didn't appear to be safe to use. Bath wash in the shower was empty otherwise the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

First they couldn’t find my reservation due to Expedia not sending my info over. But finally I get checked in order food take a shower and come out to a roach on my table by my food.. yes I have a video

The room was nice other than the problem We was there 3 nights room never got clean and we had to ask for towels every night and when we checked in they had to come in and clean the bath room
