it was a lot nicer than last year when we stayed there for sure need to improve the breakfest the sausage actually needs to be cooked not microwaved its nasty and more yogurts

Stayed their for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room the whole time I was there.

The scrambled eggs were very good. The coffee was fresh. There wasn't anything that was too bad that is worth mentioning.

well I didn't like the soap/shampoo dispensers on wall, who knows what could be put in them, rather have soap bars-safer. the desk staff was nice, but the breakfast staff was rude, couldn't keep up with what was needed, then to run out of potatoes at 7am was really a pisser. go back to the gravy and biscuits and eggs, the omelets were terrible.

My bathtub was horrible-looking! They were in the middle of renovations. I had to lay a towel in the tub to stand on. The desk clerk was polite and understanding but advised me that all of the tubs looked like this. Other than that, it was ok.

The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel rooms could use some updating in the bathroom

Can't complain too much, the door to my room was difficult to open, needs to be adjusted. Ice machine is only on the first floor, cart for bringing in luggage was wobbly, and inaccessible when I checked in, but was available when I checked out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but a pretty crowded space. Disappointed both the pool and workout room was down. There were a few minor items that need attention.

Had dead stink bugs in the window seal of the room pool was closed

Close to the highway on/off ramps. Clean. The young lady that checked us in was really lovely. Nothing.

I had a good stay at this hotel. They had renovations going on which disrupted some of the accommodations. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nothing The rooms are very dirty.There is no microwave , there is no refrigerator the tub was nasty the toilet seat was broken. The elevator barely opened. The pool wasn't filled and when I got there, they told me I didn't have a reservation when I did I had packages sent there which I did get it was a disaster. There was no Creamer for the coffee and the breakfast was not that great.

We stayed at the Hampton in Battle Creek for the weekend because we had a wedding in Marshall. It did its purpose because we were only there to sleep but the room had trash behind the nightstand from previous guests. The showers water pressure was terrible, and it barely drained. The tv stand was broken and you had to use all your might to open and shut the hotel room door.
