No pool, ice machines, or refrigerators in working order. Not very clean! Don’t recommend.

We personally were not impacted much by the “old stuff” but every time we went by the front desk others staying there were complaining. Some rooms did not have fridges as expected, all ice machines were broke, complaining about the conditions of carpets, bathrooms, and a guy mentioned moldy smell in his room, the pool closed at some point, and the elevator went out for a couple hours. We had a bathroom door that had gaps when it closed, the tub looked pretty worn, a hook came off the wall, and there were some noises that sounded like old pipes. We were there for baseball so the ice machines being out weren’t ideal. We experienced many positives - friendly staff attempting to handle what they could that was within their control (renovations were planned by the larger company), a decent breakfast with waffle makers, something hot, bakery items, and cereal, coffee that was actually better than many other hotels, comfortable beds, clean room with a fridge and microwave, great water pressure that stayed hot, and located in a great spot near many stores and food choices. So, if staying here and there are certain amenities you prioritize, I would call the hotel and discuss things to be sure they can meet your needs as they go through their renovations.

i paid for 2 nights for my birthday. when we arrived i felt like we got what we paid for. pool. small gym area breakfast buffet that was actually pretty good and a nice variety. however, the place is rated 7/10 for a reason. our toilet hardly flushed, you would have to hold it down for a while and sometimes that didn’t even work. while the room itself was pretty clean. the bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. there was also a leak in the ceiling in the hallway right outside that was not being fixed, made a huge puddle on carpet. was really gross to have to walk in to go to breakfast. and just when i thought i got what i paid for and was pretty okay with the circumstances, we got locked out of our room. we just got back from the casino it was about 1am. we at first thought it was the cards so we went to the front desk and couldn’t get help for about 20 minutes and then someone finally came. she swapped out our cards and then disappeared again. the cards didn't work we couldn’t find her for another 10 minutes. she then didn’t know what to do and had to call her boss. turns out the battery was dead in the door so she had to change them. all in all we were locked out for about 45 minutes. would not recommend.

The rooms were clean but the breakfast while I was there was not great at all. Limited amounts of food, sometimes only a few cold items and a waffle maker. We went out, left the hotel, to get something to eat. They really need to do better with their breakfast.

I did not like anything about this location. I requested a king bed and the rude girl at the front told me I had to have a double. I asked for extra pillows these were the fattest pillows ever. There was a spring in the mattress that kept poking up so I had to sleep on the edge for 2 days. There was nothing good about the stay. This is a Hilton?

Property is undergoing reservations so there is a little disruption but considering that I would stay here again room was clean that was comfortable I did not have any issues, breakfast was pretty good for a buffet breakfast.

Staff super helpful. Enjoyed the pool. Our toilet ran continuously all night and we did not have a refrigerator.

We got kicked out because I was upset they didn't have our two rooms we paid for. They wouldn't talk to booking.com even though they were calling them while I was on my phone with booking.com. I said to answer the freaking phone and the supervisor on speaker phone told them to kick us out and cancel our reservation and to call the cops if we didn't leave. They claimed they couldn't see the amount sent to them by booking.com for the room charges. They claimed I needed two reservations for two rooms. I want a refund for the room we never used.

Bathroom was stinky. Couldn't use shower.

Overall stay ok. The toilet seat could use updating, but overall room was comfortable.

1) our room was on the first floor which was under renovations. We were NOT informed of this nor were we offered another room on a higher floor which at checkout was informed that higher floors were already remodeled. Our room had a damaged door, no refrigerator, all lights did not work, A/C was faulty. All because we weren’t given or advised of first first floor remodeling. The desk staff admitted being a new employee who was not familiar with the area considering we asked for restaurant suggestions, stores and gas recommendations. As a result of this inferior Service, I asked for a credit, points etc on which I was told that because this reservation was third party, she couldn’t help us. And finally, breakfast was just okay and this employee was not helpful due to not understanding English. I feel these issues should be handled by management/ownership.

Hotel was doing renovations. Key didn’t work at times, ice machine broken, front door didn’t always work was told to just pry them open. Great breakfast! Not the quality stay I’m used to when staying in a Hilton hotel.

The front desk clerk was rude and very not helpful. I wouldn’t stay there again. Plus, the maid didn’t clean well.
