I had an emergency come up so never got to stay, they told Expedia I did and never got my refund.

I did'nt like that there was a parking lot light that shined in my window all night.

Room was OK, one bulb burned out in room. No hot water for shower, it was tepid warm. I was only there for 6 hours overnight so I wasn't expecting much.

It was a place to sleep when everything else was booked It was a place to sleep when everything else was booked. Very dirty (sheets were stained at minimum), shower had dirt and hair in the bottom likely from the last occupants, toilet had some sort of sticky looking substance all over the lid, there is food, possibly hygiene products all over the bathroom wall, AC was busted- fortunately after calling about it we did end up finding a remote but even after that, AC read 62 we sleep at about 69 and it definitely did not get down to 62. Asked for a room on grounds floor due to a disability and ended up on the 3rd floor… so that was fun. Pretty sure from the looks of it, the ground floor is reserved for “live ins”. There were no bugs that were found though…. so that’s a plus ?.

The walls, and room in general needed to be clean. They knew we were going to be checking in...... I felt very uncomfortable! It needed MUCH TLC! To pay as much as we did, for what we received was terrible!

Selection of tv channels Highly dislike the people on 3rd flooring running around and stomping throughout the late hours. It happens just about every night! I stay here often as Im traveling for work. House keeping needs to do a better job on cleaning the rooms and making beds & changing the sheets!!!!

Location of hotel House keeping side needs to be stepped up. Honestly dont know if they change the sheets or anything after I stayed 4 nights. Also I got placed on the 2nd floor and all night almost every night people from the 3rd floor are loud as hell! Stomping or running around late into the nights

The front desk lady was great. The room.... well.... it was freezing for almost 2 hours and tgere were spots on the sheet but it was still clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again but in a king room and on a higher floor.

Price is good, doesn’t have gym or pool or breakfast which I’m ok with that. It’s cheap for ppl that don’t want or need any of that Mini fridge doesn’t cool, no iron. light in the rooms was too dim..
