Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

The room was and hotel was very clean but the breakfast choices such as the potatoes was Pile with oil floating on top of it and the sausage was greasy as well also the gym TV wasn’t working!!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms are really clean and the staff are lovely and helpful!

Front desk clerk didn’t know how to find our reservation. It took an extended while to get checked in. He didn’t have proper training or protocols set in place to handle the situation.

The hotel smells clean from the front door to the rooms. Very clean and spacious. All the things you need as far as cooking utensils and wares. Well maintained property and the water pressure was good! Breakfast was awesome.

Very comfortable and clean wish we could of stayed longer

I did not like the property. The property looks like like an unfinished project. The outdoor patio area was unavailable and boarded up. Also inside the hotel has an odd smell. There is visible damage amd dirty all over the hallway walls and floors . The room and visibly dirty dust everywhere cabinets has residue of food and grime. The curtain in shower was way too small so all the water would come out into the bathroom . We had to buy air fresheners because the smell was unbearable. We ended up finding bedbugs in our room and advise the staff and the only solution we could come up with is getting a different room which we also ended up finding bedbugs and we left the premises on our first day without coming up with a solution. The pool was never available due to lack of cleaning. The breakfast was un edible. The food seem to have been old and has a sour taste to it. Would not recommend this establishment at all.

The cleanliness, how spacious the room was and good hot breakfast. No dislikes. The property itself was great. The area has construction going on.

Room was clean but had a really loud oder that wasn't pleasant and cold coffee

Room smelled of mold, floors were dirty, found a roach wing in the kitchen…And to top it off, the walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you.

The room 217 sofa bed mattress pad had stains. However, the front desk clerk did offer to put us into another room. We declined and received clean mattress pads, sheets, and pillows for the sofa bed. The breakfast and coffee were good. Overall experience staying there was okay we would stay there again in the future.
