No ice machine, room needs upgrades

Immediately smelled mold when I walked in. The room. The refrigerator was rusty and floors were sticky. I saw the cleaning people everyday cleaning some rooms but mine was never. I put the trash bag outside the door on the 2nd day because I saw others doing it and they were not cleaning the rooms. The cleaning lady knocked and told me I had to go and take it to the dumpster because they don’t do that. Then I told her we needed more towels she finally took the used towels and said she would bring clean ones back but never did. I was happy when my apartment was finally ready I will never return.

Easy check in and had everything i needed the young lady who checked me in was one of the nicest people i have ran into in many years she was just amazing and because of her i will be back i hit a hotel for a night at least evey 3 or 4 weeks just to relax and then spend time with my grandsons in baytown over the last 6 months i have stayed at about 8 hotels and now i have found my spot , thanks

There was absolutely no water coming from shower or bathroom sink on first morning (7/8/26). When I tried again after work, water sputtered, came out brown colored and then grey. I tried to check out between 8-9 p.m. and could not get anyone to assist. Checked out next day and relocated to hotel the remainder of the travel team was registered.

The room has not been cleaned for the whole week I was there.

The staff was absolutely so incredibly crazy rude

Crappy conditions. Wall plates covers were missing on all switches and plug

Nothing I never stayed the night. The lady at the desk was so rude to me and walked away. Very rude staff

Infested with roaches no refrigerator Cleaner, exterminator

Dirty, roaches, won’t stay anymore.

We walked in our room roaches everywhere. Tried to get refund immediately refused told we had to wait.

I never got to stay there through booking because nobody's there to the next day and then I didn't get my money back from booking

Location Cleaning

Staff was great

There was a mix up with the reservation and Julia was so helpful with the solution and was quick to fix the problem took a lot of stress off my plate I will definitely stay at this location again when I travel thru

Only good thing was the location. First and foremost was the smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Outside, in the lobby, in the elevator and the hallways. Like it said it was everywhere. The hotel Is very run down and outdated!
