WoodSpring Suites Houston Baytown

There was absolutely no water coming from shower or bathroom sink on first morning (7/8/26). When I tried again after work, water sputtered, came out brown colored and then grey. I tried to check out between 8-9 p.m. and could not get anyone to assist. Checked out next day and relocated to hotel the remainder of the travel team was registered.

The staff was absolutely so incredibly crazy rude

Infested with roaches no refrigerator Cleaner, exterminator

Dirty, roaches, won’t stay anymore.

We walked in our room roaches everywhere. Tried to get refund immediately refused told we had to wait.

I never got to stay there through booking because nobody's there to the next day and then I didn't get my money back from booking

Staff was great

There was a mix up with the reservation and Julia was so helpful with the solution and was quick to fix the problem took a lot of stress off my plate I will definitely stay at this location again when I travel thru

Only good thing was the location. First and foremost was the smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Outside, in the lobby, in the elevator and the hallways. Like it said it was everywhere. The hotel Is very run down and outdated!
