Nice room good price

Everything was great. The only thing that could be better are the TVs. The apps are so slow, you’re better off just watching live TV.

Has very little to chose from.

Pésima atención del personal pasamos una mala tarde ni siquiera duramos más 3 hrs,se estuvo quejando por ruidos en la habitación cuando la familia está acostada, mientras que en otras habitaciones estaba gritando no estaba apropiado para para toda la familia(niños). Tuvimos que recurrir a otro hotel. Pésimo trato

Our room was non smoking but smelt strongly like smoke. Bathroom was smelly. Floors were sticky.

The rooms were clean and staff was available when needed.

Staff and area was good. In the room the carpet needed to be cleaned. I walked barefooted and felt the carpet sticky and wet.. room smelled moldy and bed was not comfortable for the price. Make sure you take your own toiletries because a tiny bottle is not enough. I don't think I will stay there again.

The deciding factor to my booking a different hotel was that the entire building was hot and humid to the point where there was no difference in temperature from the outside to the inside. The room itself was slightly cooler but still not as cool as it should have been and so humid my skin was sticky. I told the person at the desk who, from behind a personal fan, responded that they’ve been telling the manager forever that the AC isn’t working correctly.

Pillows had stains that look like mold, bathroom had hair all over it, sink barely had any water

Property was convenient for us. All staff was courteous and helpful. Very clean rooms, no issues. Will stay again if we’re going through town again.

Staff were great, it was a good place to stay especially last minute.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast

It was hot in the room and it wasn’t many choices for breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean. Towels were very clean as well. Staff was very nice. Pool was open and seemed clean although I didn’t use it. Lobby was clean. Staff seemed to be always available and cleaning all the time

The room was clean overall and the staff was friendly. The beds were a little crunchy and there was a stain in the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was very limited, but considering the price, the stay was still a good value. The air conditioning worked well, and everything else met expectations for a budget-friendly stay.

Great bed, linens, room in general, great AC, for the pricepoint it is the best deal.
