I liked the large room. And kitchenette. The description said complimentary breakfast. But there was no breakfast at all. Also the staff were unprepared. Had to wait for someone to come after ringing a buzzer. No comprehension of what I was saying as they only spoke their language.

It was close off the highway Bathtub slippery

The staff was super friendly. David at the front desk was exceptional. I have no complaints

Very quiet TV works great the sheets the pillows I mean like brand new it was just wonderful thank you so much Rebecca and Guy D r e w e r y The fact that we were only staying in one day.. we will be back

Nothing They didn't come clean my room and that truly irritated me and I wanted to just che k put then. When I told front desk he barely wanted to give me clean towels. If you ask them a wuest6they seemed frustrated.as if they are being bothered

Nothing really They took all my property out of my room they gave me 3 different rooms in less than 5hrs because nothing was working. Barely speaks English and unprofessional.

I didn't appreciate how they handled this situation and nobody knew anything about fixing my problem. They put me in three different rooms. First one was somebody else room i walked in at 2:30am. Second room toilet, tub, tv nothing worked. 3rd room no TV for the entire stay. They're unprofessional, nobody had answers about my room let alone gave a better room. I should be compensated for two days. Roaches and some black bug. Used soap still in room

Very clean, nice facility After telling the cleaning lady I didn’t need the room cleaned she kept coming back trying to open the door and come in anyway.

I liked that it was very clean. You could tell that was the most important to the staff. Where should I start, we rented a jacuzzi room and the jets did not work. The plug in the bathroom had no power and the sink faucet was not attached to the sink. Advertised breakfast but not even a banana was out. Our anniversary was still a success! Oh I could not understand the desk person when I tried to complain about the tub.
