Location was good around stores and food areas which are within a walkable distance During our stay, we noticed several issues with the room that affected our overall experience. When we first arrived, the couches had visible stains on them. While I understand that housekeeping may clean and sanitize them, the stains made the furniture look dirty and not very presentable. The bathroom and shower doors also did not lock properly, and the glass shower door would not close all the way. Because of this, water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we showered, and we frequently needed extra towels just to clean up the water. We also experienced problems with the water temperature. At random times throughout the day, there would be no cold water at all. Even when the water was turned completely to the cold setting, it would still come out extremely hot and steamy, to the point that it felt like it was burning my skin. The toilet would sometimes take a long time to refill after being flushed, which meant we were unable to flush it again for a while if needed. Lastly, the main light in the room did not work. We had to rely on the lamps, as well as the bathroom and shower lights, to properly light the room. Overall, these maintenance and cleanliness issues made the room feel less comfortable and well-maintained than we expected from our stay.

The staff are great. The hotel overall is clean. The room was super clean but the sofa in the room was stained. Did not make me want to sit on it.

Loved the whole stay, room super clean and house cleaning was awesome, little disappointed pics showed pool w like fountain thing and wasn’t working and the ice was only on first floor, also eggs an sausage for breakfast was not the greatest, but other then those minor things didn’t change my experience I had a great stay.

Breakfast was good....didn't like the protein the 2nd day.....location was good We had to change rooms....there was a strange odor in the first room . The location of the TV could have been better.

The rooms was so clean, the shower area was so pretty,but didn't like the fact the restroom was not together

When we got there the receptionist was so friendly. We got our rooms quickly. When we got to our room the AC was not working we called downstairs and we were moved to a new room within 10 mins. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Loved the separated bathroom and shower, each had a sink! Very efficient for multiple people getting ready.

My original room was given away and had to wait for 20 minutes to receive another room. Gnats in my bathroom

Everything The hard wood floors were sticky and we had to clean the microwave

My room was very clean, and staff are wonderful! Always had breakfast ready. The only thing I would say was the bed was a little hard and pillow wasn’t comfortable.

Amazing people and good and hospitable

Beautiful property, very clean, very updated. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again!

When we stayed front door was blocked , cause they were doing tile work.
