We had a leak in the bathroom when we checked in and within monitors we were moved to another room. The staff was excellent

We booked a room with two queen beds and a trundle sofa for five guests. Our first room (220) had serious maintenance issues. The cold water tap only produced extremely hot, almost boiling water, the bathroom sink stopper was broken, and the basin would not drain. We informed the front desk before leaving for Galveston. We were told that a note would be left for the next staff member and that our room would be changed when we returned. However, when we came back around midnight, the front desk staff was rude and took a long time to arrange another room. We expected everything to have been prepared in advance so we could simply move our belongings. The second room (320) was unacceptable because it still had maintenance equipment inside. We were then moved to room 213, where the toilet flush was not working. After moving all of our luggage again, we had to switch to a fourth room (205). Although the flush worked there, it still wasn't functioning properly. To make matters worse, despite booking for five people, the room only had bedding for four. When I called the front desk, I was told to come downstairs to collect the extra bedding myself. Instead of providing a proper comforter or blanket, I was handed a thin sheet. When I politely requested a thicker blanket, I was told, "This is all we have." There were plenty of empty rooms, including the rooms we had just vacated, which had extra quilts, but there was no effort to help us. The lack of customer service, poor attitude, and repeated room changes made what should have been a relaxing stay extremely stressful, especially while traveling with small children. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the way they were handled was disappointing. We spent our night moving between four different rooms instead of resting.

Very clean and modern. Took a while for the room to cool down and for a room that sleeps 6 I would have loved an extra bathroom

Our daughter got married this weekend and this is where are our out of town family stayed. It was convenient.

Everything was wonderful!! Except the pool water was cloudy.

Was decently clean, breakfast was ok Was charged for incidentals and still hasn't been taken off and then another 40 dollars the day I left. No reason for it and plan if its not removed I'll seek a lawyer

Great room for families!

There is false advertisement online it's says there is a jacuzzi but there was none on the property. The pool was filthy and merkey dark color the fountain did not work. The toilet in the room was broken. And house keeping never came and our sheets where dirty. They also said the restaurant and bar was open on weekends and it was closed.

Very nice and Clean Everything

Loved my stay at this Springhill Suites. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This was personal travel but I do travel a lot for work and stay in really nice hotels. This one ranks way up there on the “I’ll stay here again” list!

Breakfast was delicious and so were the options. Wish there would have been a hook or two in the bathrooms for hanging wet items.

Have stayed here multiple times when traveling. It’s clean and staff are very friendly & kind. The free breakfast is so good they have a wide variety of stuff. 10/10

Security monitoring the parking lot! Front desk and loss security guy were very helpful and kind.
