Candlewood Suites Beachwood Cleveland by IHG

The bathroom floor had stuff all over it I had to use a towel to clean the floor before I could take a shower and I ended up wearing my flip flops in the room to keep my feet clean. Not what I expect from an ihg hotel as much as we pay for a room and your cleaning staff can't clean maybe they should be paid more annd given more time per room and the ceo's of the company should be paid less.

The room had everything we needed for a longer stay. Cooktop full refrigerator microwave coffee maker. We were very satisfied. This makes my regular visits to The Cleveland Clinic easier knowing we can food for my very restrictive diet

Location is comfortable, access to all main roads. A lot of parking available Hotel is filthy, I was changed two rooms during my stay, both of them were not cleaned properly. Bathroom was full of dirt, spiderweb next to the bed. Kitchen dishes were sticky and dirty, it’s not a great place to stay, and very bad value for money.

The roomm was extremely clean and the kitchen was set up very nicely. It was quite comfortable.

Clean facility with friendly staff that genuinely cared about whether you enjoyed/enjoying your stay.

The beds were comfortable but it could have been a little cleaner. A bit expensive. Needs a bit remodeling.

Check in was simple, with the staff member mentioning that there was no continental breakfast, just coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken the next morning and no alternatives were offered. Very annoying for an early morning. The room was clean and hotel was generally quiet.

The location appears safe. There was free parking and plenty. The room was really big and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The staff was responsive when I called them for supplies. There was a fly in the room, and they basically side there was nothing they can do about it. I killed with a rag eventually, but it was annoying while it lived. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty.

This is one of the most clean and well maintained hotels that I have been in. Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. The room with a kitchenette in it was great. The ice maker in the room was very nice. I would rate it very high.

The room was nice the fact that it hasn’t stove and a full refrigerator with an ice machine was a super plus of my book. I wouldn’t find it necessary to need a dishwasher, but everything else overall was nice. The elevators did not work properly, and they ended up putting one out of service altogether, and the fact that you only have two baggage cards for all those rooms
