Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

Room was great, staff was super helpful and very friendly.

We came in and called beforehand, the desk service person wasn’t at her desk and was very rude. The room we booked was wet, the floor seemed like they had just finished got cleaning and let us walk in, the whole room was wet to the touch. We left sooner then our checkout time,

Wry easy to expressway and to dining options. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very professional and courteous

We were greeted by Eula at the front desk who could not have been more helpful and nice. She had a treat bag for each of our dogs and was at the ready to help us sort out all of the details of our stay. If only all hotel employees were like her! The other thing which makes Spark stand out is that it has a completely enclosed/secure dog run in the central courtyard of the hotel. Well-maintained, clean grass with a ready bin for poo bags made this an off leash eden for our pups. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we're in the area with our dogs. There's also a nice steakhouse right next door and a Shell station with a full convenience store just a few yards from the front door. All of these things combined to make it an easy place to stay plus the added bonus of being doggy heaven.

Hotel was just ok. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was not impressive..

Very nice facility for the price

The breakfast is relatively poor, there was no bread only bagels There was a variety of cronflakes, and cheeses.

I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing.

Cold breakfast was nice, mostly quiet, close parking

Front desk worker really made it seem like we were inconveniencing him when we checked in and had questions about the AC unit not working. I was able to get it working by unplugging and plugging back in before the maintenance person could arrive.

Lovely, clean room. Minimal dining nearby. Staff was friendly. We left before breakfast for an early flight.
