Nice, quiet, clean room

Connecting to WiFi was a horrible experience and we nearly couldn’t use any of our electronics. The water pressure for showers was really weak and the walls are really thin and we could hear literally everybody arguing all night long. It’s a shame because a few years ago when we stayed we had a lovely time. The beds are extremely comfy though so that’s redeeming quality.

The breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfast Room service was in the hallways early about 5am very noisy. Not ideal for light sleepers.

The customer service was top notch! The afternoon shift ladies went above and beyond to help straighten out my reservation I had in my maiden name. Great job ladies!! Will definitely return.

They were nice at first but when the air conditioner failed to hear it stay on the room got colder and colder and wetter and wetter. Condensation on the floors got wide and became slippery and dangerous. It was so cold I started shaking and couldn't take my sweatshirt off. Just a dude note I lived in Northeast Ohio I understand the difference between normal cold and heat. When I asked did maintenance they took quite a long time to get there. However the worst part is how they blew me off. I told them to feel the floor but while they said it didn't seem wet to them they wiped their hand on their pants without thinking. I explained the unit kept shutting off a couple minutes at a time. They had to turn it up to 86 just to get it to go on. But said we'll it came in and left without waiting. I why to the front desk explained my concerns and they didn't listen. This all happened between 5:55 and 7:53 pm. They made excuses and stuff why I didn't call earlier. I told them I was trying to get it to work the whole time. They blew me off again and insisted I take another room. I said I couldn't trust that it wouldn't happen again. For some days later they blew me off but in the end did refund the original amount. I am still trying to get the $50 fee. Just rediculous. They never even offered a credit. This was not the relaxing evening I was expecting at all.

The location was convenient and we all felt safe to take a walk to a restaurant. T The shower stall had some leakages and made a puddle by the toilet.

I loved the art work and the decor of the hotel.

Quiet and convenient location. Pet friendly and nice staff. The general area was clean and neat. The towels were stained and so was the comforter-really gross. We ended up buying towels, sheets and a blanket. The bathrooms don’t have an exhaust fan so that was weird. Shower floor was grimey and gross. Overall was decent but was not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at.
