Hotel Indigo Cleveland-Beachwood by IHG

Our room was not clean when we arrived. I had to wipe up crumbs myself, and the floor clearly needed to be vacuumed and properly cleaned. Overall, the room and property felt neglected and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, there was nothing about this stay that I found good or enjoyable. The hotel needs significant attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and overall maintenance before it can reasonably be described as a boutique property.

The only thing I didn’t like was there’s no microwaves in the rooms

Everyone one was nice. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy

the staff there was great! The front desk going from morning to evening was excellent. I wish I could remember their names. The only draw back is they didn't have room service other that is was a very good experience. The front lobby is beautiful.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had to have my room switched because I drop something on the floor and when I got in the floor to pick it up, the were several used condom rappers under my bed, which meant the room wasn’t fully cleaned.

I was charged $100 smoking fee and I never smoked in the room !!

Our room smelled like sewage, also our shower leaked through the door and we had to clean up a big puddle of water that went outside of the bathroom and into the main room.

10/10 would recommend

As for the bed, television, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker, fine. (However, my friends stayed at the Drury Inn, and they had a microwave oven in their room--nice.) Another item that I disliked was being on the first floor and having the view of the parking lot with cars pulling in or out just a few feet from my window. I had to close the shade for privacy.

Very comfortable rooms and beds.
