Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood

This hotel was outstanding! Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast delicious with so many choices. We loved sitting at the outdoor fire pit and the pool was fabulous. This hotel was everything it offered on line. Exceeded our expectations. And, the staff and fellow travelers were all friendly

Staff was great, helped us get to shuttles easily and restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay again

Slow drainage in sink of the two queen bedroom, and the phone didn't work in that bedroom. Noticed the floor in the bathroom has built-up of dirt in the grout. Noticed area at the window in living area where the wall paper was loose. Otherwise the suite was comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly rooms could be updated, wallpaper was peeling off walls.

Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was on point and delicious. Helpful staff and theyre all.very nice and help in any way possible.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Homewood. The staff was very approachable and helpful. The area was convient for where I needed to go. They were very accommodating when I bought my grandchildren over to visit.

The front entrance was well maintained and smelled amazing the room was ok. I feel the carpet can use some cleaning. Dresser and nightstands were a little outdated. But the breakfast was amazing. Parking was fabulous.

Very nice place to stay surrounded by restaurants and shopping...

Quick check in, coffee on tap, great security, awesome breakfast. All excellent

Exceptional

The hotel it's self was nice and clean. However, we had two small dogs next door to us that barked for a straight 30-45 minutes this morning. When I spoke to the front desk staff nothing was done. I am just a bit discouraged by their reaction.

Great stay, we will definitely be back sometime

Overall, hotel was very well kept and cleanly and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and well lit. Breakfast was ready in a timely manner and there was always plenty to choose from. The only negative was the pillows did not have much fluff in them and were flat, even with using two.

The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was nice to have available and what is expected. The pool was nice and also clean. The staff was friendly.

Food was amazing the staff very polite and housekeeping omg nice and neat and smells so good

They have a free breakfast daily. It was well run with daily specials. They have 3 women running it. Cleaned everyday.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with clean linen. Lots of sitting room. Bathroom sink area no light over area to put on makeup or see face area.

Superb

Gym was adequate I was glad that they had elliptical and also 2 treadmills and antibacterial wipes and towels! Thank you

Staff were outstanding in getting room set up to be handicap accessible and fixing a slow moving shower drain. Very attentive and helpful staff.
