Lobby Very outdated. Pool wasn't working for 3-4 days

Enjoy our stay and the staff was great.

Shower was not only laden with mold but shower control was not in working order. When staff informed they apologized and admitted that it was difficult to operate but were unable to do anything about it. So we spent the night without a shower. Disgusting stay. Both dinner and breakfast on site were horrible. The place is dated and has reached time for a makeover.

It was a very convenient location. Close to the highway and shopping. It is not well maintained. My toilet broke and I had to call down to the front desk 4x before it was addressed. Also, a man knocked on my door at 8:30 am claiming to be with maintenance and investigating a leak but he had no uniform or identifying name tag on. They overcharged my card by $500! The breakfast was horrible. Lots of options but nothing tasted good.

Property needs to be updated. Rooms do not have usb ports. The ice machines on 3rd and 4th floor did not work. Went to get ice out of pop machine, no ice there either. On the 4th trip for ice, I finally found some on the 1st floor.

I loved the hotel space and the food I see that there's so update coming which is good.

Rooms are dated but my stay was comfortable

It was good The tub was dirty and they advertise having a pool and fitness room and none of it was working and they couldn’t take anything off

The staff were amazing especially Rhonda. But our room was horrible. The room had an overwhelming odor of sewage. The GM sent house keeping and spoke to her in her native tongue when she was clearly speaking English. Housekeeping then grabbed spray bottle with a solution in it. I requested for no deodorizer to be sprayed but after we left the room, that's exactly what happened. The maintenance man entered the room without announcing while we were getting dressed. We returned to the room to an overwhelming odor of potpourri and sewage. So no resolution and we were forced to limit our time in the room because it caused headaches. The GM never followed up as promised with any resolution.

My stay was fine; I experienced no problems at all.

The linen for the sofa bed was dirty. The carpet was very dirty, 2 big red spots on it which looked like red punch, wine, or blood. The sofa was very worn, dirty, and frazzled material on the sofa arm. The hotel was fully booked so I could not get another room. The pool was not working so the kids were disappointed. I will not stay at this location again. I took pictures but not able to upload them.

Rooms were outdated. A bit ran down. NEEDS updating direly. Room was not the kept very well. Shower a bit dingy and also pullout mattress had weird stain on it. The pool was down which was a reason I chose the property. Breakfast was great. Restaurant food was amazing and staff were the best. I was torn not wanting to write this review.
