Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

It was a decent stay. Property a bit out dated and worn

We arrived late and got upgraded on our room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing

The facility is older and needs repairs- ripped carpet, broken concrete walkway, etc. Room ran out of body wash, not enough towels replaced. Also, there not enough luggage carts. They were unavailable or in use. Brunch workers were pleasant and helpful.

I didn’t complain because I knew nothing would happen and I was tired.When I checked out the lady in front of me was asking to talk to the manager about her room! There are so many things that need to be addressed by the management. The check in front desk agent was not welcoming and he talked fast and in a low voice that I had to ask him twice what he was saying. The breakfast was good and the people working there were trying to keep up with the demand.

Very disappointed in the service. I've been to this location for both recreational abd professional stays, and I don't remember it being this disappointing. It has definitely lost it's appeal. The b3stvpart 9f the stay was the pool manager. He was very polite, and professional. There were guests trying to takeover the pool, and he refused to let that happen. Thank you Edward. Won't stay here again.

Although the bed in room 427 definitely needs to be replaced.

Staff was great!! The room was not in the best condition but it was clean. I think it needs some updating and repairs.

Front Desk was very helpful with ideas for dining. Bar Staff at Happy Hour was great! And, the Breakfast Staff was fantastic - preparing orders for many, including a college football team and a college marching band. Kudos 👏

Great size room, fantastic breakfast but most important: the staff is excellent.

The property was nice. The rooms were large and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the complimentary cocktails at happy hour. The food in the in house restaurant was good. I would stay there again.
