The Embassy suites Beachwood has been our go to place when we come to town for years. It’s convenient to major highways and shopping and good restaurants. The accommodations have declined a bit over the years in terms of ; some stains on the carpet and furniture and bedding’ although the place is obviously cleaned, only one elevator working for 2 years in a row, light blown out in the stair wells, access to side doors without key cards, and the shower knob was stripped. The staff remain helpful and pleasant and the breakfast is still a plus.

Water was Good and Hot in Showers..Breakfast was Awesome..

Breakfast was best off all hotels ever visited
-
The room we were in, 320, had some, very noticeable red stain on the living room carpet but that was really all. The sheets seemed new, but not high thread count. You can tell that this place is taken care of, everything in the public area was super clean. The breakfast buffet, they always knock it out of the park! Friendly breakfast staff, clean and well maintained!! Everything was so good! They do a fantastic job!

Was not able to get breakfast as they closed breakfast at 9:30AM .This Embassy Suite hotel does not accommodate older people that get a later start to the day or the vacationer. I was not told upon check in that breakfast was only till 9:30 AM . I spoke to the manager about it and he said it was on the plastic entry card we received to get into the room. I never thought to look on a small card that got us in and felt the receptionist when we checked in should have told us about the limited breakfast hours. The room was very dark with dark old furniture not pleasant and they had placed us in a room that looked out over a major highway and noise could be heard all night long. This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at for 220.00 per night. Manager did offer to see about getting us some breakfast when the staff in the kitchen told us they would not get us breakfast as we were down in the dining area around 9:30AM. Staff was not kind or friendly so I did not ask any questions. This embassey suites by Hilton is headed for future closing in my opinion. As a result of a bad stay I will never look at another Embassy Suite by Hilton again do to poor service, outdated rooms, and lack of assistance I received fro my 7/29/2026 stay

This place is in need of a remodel. Carpets smell really musty through out, the furniture is in dire need of tossing out, beds are sunken in and itchy, don't get me started on the showers... pop corn ceiling(really in 2026?).

The tvs didn’t work in the rooms the phones didn’t work and the room was small it wasn’t what I expected for $357 a night and I still haven’t received my $100 incidental fee back

Only 1 elevator worked. It hava missing grab bar. The room was supposed to be assisted. The sliding bath door toou 2 people to move. Bars in the tub were dangerously placed.Staff was indifferent. Most of the time there was no one at the front desk.

Most everything in room are outdated and faulty condition

Our room smelled strongly of mold and mildew, had red stains on the living room and bedroom floors, and featured stained, smelly curtains. The bathroom tub grout was molded, the mirror was cracked in the corners, the lampshades had holes, and the lighting was completely unreliable. Worse, the property has serious safety hazards. I tripped on a raised section of worn-out carpet on the 3rd floor, and the elevators felt unstable and need an immediate safety inspection. Aside from the omelets, the hot breakfast items (eggs and potatoes) were cold every morning, the bacon was always under- or overcooked, and the evening snacks and drinks were highly disappointing. Some staff members had poor attitudes, though a better work environment would likely help. Don't bother asking for a room change—my sister stayed on the 2nd floor, and her room was even worse. It provided a basic roof over our heads, but we will absolutely not be returning.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious

This is my first time with Embassy suites, and I have stayed only tonight, but it is clean and the location is very useful for me because my my grandson who I am visiting is within the area only. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very respectful and always smiling.

The hotel needs an upgrade. The furniture is old and disgusting. Popcorn ceiling in the sofa area. Everything is outdated, mismatched and worn out. I would never come back to this hotel.

Everything met my expectations.

I did get an immediate response and that was very good. Staff was very kind. The buffet was excellent.
