Everything was ready and clean

We stayed here last year for the Twinburg Festival and came back this year and we will be back next year. The Staff is awesome even the Security Guard. The pool and the hot tub was clean and perfect.

I thought that the front desk staff was particularly friendly and warm. NICE!! Everything about the hotel was clean and pleasant.

The room was very clean, and very quiet. It was honestly the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed, no slamming doors, and I never heard another shower or tv. Breakfast was kept stocked even when it was super busy. My only real complaint was that one of the elevators was broken. We waited almost 30 minutes to get downstairs. After awhile a sweet little housekeeper came and started getting people on and off in an orderly fashion.

One elevator shaft was not working and with the hotel being very full it made waiting to get to floor 6 an extended wait.

The elevator was down but they scheduled it to be fixed.

Nothing wrong with this hotel. Nice staff, clean comfortable room, nice workout room and a pool and jacuzzi!

The property is in a perfect area. It is off the interstate. There are other hotels around there are restaurants within walking distance. There are two gas stations and there is also a target and other stores. I like the idea that you didn’t have to get back on the interstate to go somewhere. Also our room was definitely soundproof. We heard nothing no doors closing no TVs no one talking and no showers running! And the employees were absolutely the nicest people I have ever met and I gave it a 10 on cleanness. And the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again and it is only 9.1 miles from Cleveland clinic which is where I had to go, but it is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at and I have stayed at alot. There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the property. Everything was just above and beyond.

Awesome stay.

Hotel was absolutely immaculate, staff was 10/10 with hospitality and the security guard had jokes. When you think of a dream hotel experience this is what you imagine.

I liked that this hotel has free parking lot for guests. The breakfast is included in the price of the room. The owner of this hotel is usually in the hotel so he controls everything to be served well. My husband and family was satisfied with the breakfast. I think that diversity of food while breakfast. There is no option to order lactose free milk.

One Elevator broke down. Six floors and one elevator. Otherwise beautiful stay.

Everything was great except only one elevator worked. This caused some problem on check out days.

Room was clean, the hot tub was great, and the breakfast was good too. Kind staff.

I DIDNT NOT MAKE THIS RESERVATION THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM EXPEDIA AND THIS HOTEL DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND EXPEDIA WONT CORRECT THE ISSUE. THE HOTEL AGREED TO REFUND BUT EXPEDIA WOULD HAVE TO ISSUE IT!!!! FIX YOUR STUPID SYSTEM AND STOP SCAMING PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!!

Shelly, not sure if that’s how her name is spelled was the absolute best. She welcomed me and my daughter to the hotel, and made checking in a breeze. She was very knowledgeable about places to eat nearby as well.
