The breakfast food was under average. The lady was doing her best to keep up, but management should’ve plan ahead.

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff

Stayed here 2 nights on the way to Niagara Falls. We got a nice sized room with 2 beds, desk, and a chaise chair. Bathroom was clean with good lighting. Hooks to hang towels and grab bars for safety. Even had tub for my youngest to take his bath. Housekeeping came everyday to make beds and replenish towels. Pool area was popular with kids and hot tub for couples. Needed to ask for towels. Breakfast was okay with little omelets, sausage, fresh fruit and waffles. Checkout was easy. Only downside was one elevator was broken so you had to wait awhile. Hotel had free parking and was within 25 minutes of downtown attractions.

We stay here every year. But this is getting ridiculous--the elevator has been broken for YEARS!!!!

We rented the suite which was nice and big! I look for a couple things when booking a hotel, area obviously, comfy beds and a good shower. The beds were nice and soft, and the shower head was amazing!! Sometimes they almost spray your skin off or it barely rinses you off. This one was stellar. The hotel is next to a closed bahama breeze so it’s not overly pretty but the shopping plaza (Pinecrest) is lovely and walking distance. The kitchen social is a great place to eat. The breakfast was yummy! My kid had the waffles and they had a nice variety of options to choose from for a healthier alternative.

I essentially only used the room for sleep and a shower in the AM, but everything was great. I wish I had more time to utilize some of the amenities but it didn't work out this time around. Nevertheless it was a nice experience. One of the elevators was out of service which made the wait times to travel between floors longer, but this is not something within control of staff or anyone else in particular. It was an annoyance, sure, but nothing that impacted my overall experience or opinion.

I thought the staff at the front desk could have been a little more welcoming, but other than that I felt the stay was great. Huge room. Very clean. Terrific breakfast. Would stay again.

Rooms are comfy and clean and beds are comfy; Staff are very friendly and trying their best to accommodate the requests, they were really sad to tell me that my room type is sold out and tried their best to help out Breakfast variety is very limited and breakfast area is tiny.

The AC system is working well. Location is close to a good mall and restaurants. Easy access to Cleveland Downtown. Free Parking was the most important decision factor. Breakfast, the restaurant was way too small for the number of guests. Too chaotic to find a spot to sit, for example.

The overall cleanliness and comfort. The second elevator was out of service and a major event was in town.

Breakfast area is tiny, cannot accommodate everyone in the hotel; it's in the lobby area; and very limited variety of food.

The afternoon/evening staff was great, the room was clean and up to date. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy trip to airport .
