Clean room with a friendly staff and good coffee.

We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. It was close to a lot of food choices. Close to highway 1-90 I paid just under $400.00 with my dog fee. That is a lot for outside of Cleveland

Quiet and comfortable. Easy to find eats in the area - “Yours Truly Restaurant” was a great find. Friendly staff.

Room was barely cleaned from the previous people staying in there, smelled like cigarettes, perfume and cleaner. Spoke with the front desk about it and was told we were just going to have to deal with it and they had no options for us. Still had rose pedals under the bed from someone else. Property was nice and the breakfast was decent. If the cleanliness of the room and staff had better attitude, I’d stay again.

The staff at this property was so nice. The front desk and housekeeping staff continued to check in on me as I moved through my stay. The property was clean and well maintained. There was very tight parking. The backside of the hotel did not have building access.

The woman that checked me in was not very nice or accommodating in view of me checking in at 1:30 am on 9/19! My flight landed in Cleveland at 12:30 am!

Very clean, updated property. Employees friendly especially a security guard. Room and bedding were comfortable. Good soundproofing. We were there for several days and the free buffet was convenient. We liked the eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and oatmeal. My son loved the waffles. The bagels, cookies, muffins were not good, and I didn't eat them after one bite.

Thiugh the hot tub was out of order. We enjoyed the pool, the staff including the housekeepers, were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing stay and am looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. my friend and I had a wonderful time at this location. The breakfast was wonderful. The area was clean. The food was the appropriate temperature. The staff was responsive and very helpful. I don’t think I saw found on the face of any other workers.

The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good but very busy with a team of young men that were emptying the buffet faster than the attendant could stock it up. There was only one staff member taking care of the buffet. I felt bad for her and wished she had someone to help her. It’s too bad the attendant can’t call someone to help when it gets too busy.
