Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood

The staff were very helpful and the pool and hot tub were nice size and temperature. Our room was bigger than expected and they put us on the first floor No complaints, we were only there one night.

The front desk was very helpful!

Our stay was very good overall. The staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we entered the lobby. Breakfast was nice and hot each day and complimentary coffee and water all day. The pool was nice and spa area was enjoyed by the whole family! The only downside was that one elevator was down during our three day stay, which made for a very crowded elevator and long wait times.

Breakfast was not unkept at all, out of everything and not restocked an hour before end time. Cleaning lady’s standing in way and taking up the one on working elevator

The biggest take away was only one elevator worked and the other elevator was in disrepair. The floor inside was dirty and had broken tiles. We expect a little bit better from Hampton Inn.
