Helpful & friendly staffs

Having a hot tub is a plus for us. The free food saves us money and time, always enjoy staying at a Drury Inn

We loved our visit to this hotel. When we got to the room our refrigerator didn’t work. The night clerk Arthur was the best! He saved the day, and brought another refrigerator to our room. Breakfast was fabulous. We weren’t there for the kickback at 5:30, but did go the a fun restaurant, The Haunted Restaurant. The kids loved it. The pool and hot tub felt wonderful, especially after a long day at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, and the morning after a concert at the Huntington Field Stadium. I highly recommend this place. The price was great also, especially with all that comes with this hotel.

Check in was effortless and the room accommodating and clean, even though the mattress was a little too firm for my liking.

Many of the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The food in the evenings were really good.

The front desk is always welcoming and professional.

Clean room, nice pool and gym. There were snacks and drinks every night. Great vibe and atmosphere.

Food - both morning breakfast and evening snack was just mediocre. An area of improvement.

Loved the breakfast & the kickback amenities!! Unfortunately we didn't get to take advantage of the pool & hot tub but they did look nice!

This was our first ever visit to a Drury, and it did not disappoint! After years of our friend telling us we needed to give them a try, we finally found one in an area we needed it! Check in was quick and easy. The staff was cheery and helpful! Our room was clean & spacious! The dinner buffet was amazing and the bartender serving up the free adult beverages was a sweetheart! The chlorine was a bit strong in the pool, but the boys had fun swimming. Breakfast was tasty! We will definitely be visiting more Drurys!

On the downside, breakfast was horrible. Eggs were like rubber and sausage seemed like some no meat thing, hard to really know what it was actually. The milk machine was empty, so customers were preparing oatmeal only to find that there was no milk. Front desk was notified twice, but no one came to fix the situation. We ended up grabbing yogurt and hitting the road. Aesthetically, the hotel could use a little update. The carpets in the hallways was atrocious, straight up 80's, and the entire time we were there, no one ever came to vacuum crushed potato chips that were all over the hall. So, all in all, it was above average, nice beds and clean bathrooms, but seriously could be managed better.

Hotel property seemed disorganized as happy hour and breakfast snacks/food was poorly replenished and cleanup of limited tables was slow. Staff appeared disinterested and slow to respond despite repeated requests. Rooms were clean and accommodating though.
