Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood

The breakfast and happy hour food was a little less from my past visit to a Drury Inn a few years ago. Did you cut back on food options?

The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and they also do a buffet from 5pm-7:00pm and also get 3 drinks on them. What else can you ask for

This is our 4th stay here; we travel to see family in the area and keep coming back to this hotel. The front desk staff and dining staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Cant beat the breakfast on site (great waffles!) and the happy hour. It was our 1x at happy hour - we came in at 530 pm one night - exhausted and tired; it was a great comfort to have food and a couple of beers. The good size pool and hot tub helped to sooth sore muscles and entertain kids - the pool water a little cold this time but still fine. We also like the dining options nearby and groceries at Whole Foods - walk to BJs Restaurant across parking lot.

Very convenient. Clean inside and out. Located across the street from Whole foods. Everytime I visit this area this place is my first pick.

The dinner each day was very nice

Excellent hotel. Only stayed for one night, but it was clean, well maintained and safe. They offer dinner and horsd'oeuvres in the lobby, which is great.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel . The breakfast and dinner was fantastic ,rooms were super clean ,the pool and hot tub were very clean ,the staff was awesome . All around A+ for this place . My favorite stay at any hotel and I travel 10-15x a year . Not a single complaint at all.

The only issue was the Wi-Fi. The signal in our guest room was extremely weak and almost unusable. This is definitely something the hotel should improve, especially since reliable Wi-Fi is such a basic expectation nowadays. Other than the Wi-Fi issue, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful and stay was great. I would stay again the next time we are in Cleveland.

The hallways, carpets, and common areas were untidy, and the carpets inside the room were also dirty. Despite reporting this issue to your staff, no action was taken to clean them. Additionally, the elevator was broken during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the property's maintenance and service.

Rooms were nice, there was dog fur on the sheets and we heard a dog barking next door but, other than that it was clean. The pool was always packed and the pool was cloudy. There was an couple making out in the hot tub in front of our kids which was gross. The hotel had 1 elevator working which make for longer wait times. Breakfast was good and the happy hour was a great touch. Nice area

Hot tub big, pool good size. Food good. Will return.

Helpful & friendly staffs

Having a hot tub is a plus for us. The free food saves us money and time, always enjoy staying at a Drury Inn
