Very cleanroom

My room was exceptionally comfortable and beautiful on the top floor, which I appreciated. However, the Manager’s supper/snack was pork, and the soup was chili with beef. Except for a baked potato and salad and sweet coleslaw, there were no options for people like me who only eat chicken and fish and there were no green vegetables other than salad leaves. I told the assistant manager on duty about it and she said she would bring it up with the management team. I understand this is billed as a snack so it’s not a major complaint. It’s only that in my experience,other Drury locations have had vegetables, chicken, pasta, salad, and other options for folks who don’t eat red meat and pork.

The best Drury I’ve stayed at from staff to room cleanliness and the breakfast and happy hour, all was amazing!

The property was clean and every staff member we interacted with was really nice! We especially liked the front desk staff and Ellie, the bartender at the Kick-back. The first morning we were there they ran out of milk at the breakfast, but the second day was fine. We also would have liked the pool to be open earlier in the morning, because I would have liked to have a swim before all the kids were up. At 9 am I either have other plans or there’s too much competition for the pool. But we would probably stay at this hotel again!

Take it from a deeply experienced road tripper: this has got to be one of the best road traveler hotels in the USA. No matter if you prioritize amenities, food and beverage options, kid-friendly environs, or cleanliness, this is your place, because the Beachwood Drury prioritizes them all. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay clean and quiet. Beds really comfortable and black out curtains are great . The evening food was really good we will stay again

The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice.

The Drury Inn was an excellent property, boasting exceptional hotel grounds, rooms, staff, and cuisine. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the courteous staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and modernized. The hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, featuring a vibrant array of flowers throughout the property. There was additional shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend this property.

Staff were welcoming and helpful all around. Enjoyed the pillows and the beds and the location was where we needed to be to visit friends of the family. Busy busy hotel with a bit too many people, children and dogs but the staff were plentiful and made the experience ok in spite of the chaos.

Very nice hotel, clean, great breakfast, and at this hotel they had also a buffet from 5:30pm to 7pm that was available and very good.

The staff was awesome, the bed was comfortable and the evening reception and breakfast was nice. It would have been nice if there were non pork options for breakfast
