I don’t understand how hotel was over 200 rooms and you only have three baggage cards for the entire building is totally ridiculous. I have herniated bulging disc. It’s hard to carry all my belongings up to the floor and then I have to search high and low to find a cart to bring all my belongings up and downstairs. Very disappointing.

The stay was good, just didn’t think the staff was very helpful.

The staff charged me for a night even though I had already been charged by Expedia. My credit card took a hit for a few days which sucked, but the staff did take care of it once it finally posted.

Great area, very safe. The room was clean, smelling nice, private, quiet, spacious, comfortable beds. If o ever come around the area I will reserve again

We only stayed for a night to rest during our trip so cannot comment on most of the things. We did use in room coffee maker, restaurant prices looked very good but didn’t have time for sit down breakfast. Room was very clean and that’s a must on my list. Comfortable mattress and helpful staff at front desk. Will definitely be staying there next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a large parking area, which was very convenient, and the location provides quick access to the freeway. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy for families to find dining and shopping options. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay for our family. We would happily stay here again.
