Great staff, wonderful food in the restaurant. My pillow had a blood stain and my bathtub had missing paint and looked dirty. Rooms need updating.

It was a bad at check-in. I stood in line for close to an hour, the desk person was rude and not very polite. The next day I forgot my keycard in the room and had to go back to the desk for another one. I was very pleased with the desk manager Alicia. She is a very kind and thoughtful person. She was very apologetic for my experience the night before. I was in the process of looking for an Airbnb to check in due to my experience the night before. After meeting Alicia, I spoke with my son and we decided to stay. I didn’t have any other problems and all of the staff that I met after checking in was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms could be updated for the amount of money that I paid for 4 nights. My one year old was also on this trip so it would have been nice if the room was vacuumed daily.

Bed was terrible. Like sleeping on concrete!! Well actually no sleep involved.

I don’t understand how hotel was over 200 rooms and you only have three baggage cards for the entire building is totally ridiculous. I have herniated bulging disc. It’s hard to carry all my belongings up to the floor and then I have to search high and low to find a cart to bring all my belongings up and downstairs. Very disappointing.
