Great property! Very clean and updated!

Overall, the hotel was excellent, however my room had a strong chlorine scent and seemed damp. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Shower pressure was great! The adjacent restaurant was excellent. I did not like not having a breakfast buffet, which I guess I didn't realize when I booked. There were items for purchase though.

The hotel was clean, well laid out, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pet fee. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars was the mattress. It had a very large rust-colored stain that was impossible to miss. I didn't report it during my stay because having staff enter the room or moving rooms wasn't practical for my situation, but it made me uncomfortable throughout my visit. I hope the mattress has since been replaced so future guests don't have the same experience. Other than that, I had a positive stay and would consider staying here again.

First stay with Aloft smaller venue. Was very easy going, upbeat, friendly and available staff. Room had a modern contemporary vibe. I had two queens, nice bedding. The room was a nice size. I would stay at property again.

The property was very clean but the tvs would not work due to a power outage a few days before our check in. They finally came back on the morning we checked out and there was no reimbursement or compensation for our inconvenience.

Good location, comfortable quiet room, really nice staff, good fitness room, espresso option needs improvement.

Was very pleased with hotel and staff. Would highly recommend hotel. It was very convenient to lots of restaurants and to places I wanted to visit.

The Tim was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue was the ac unit was so loud one night I had to turn it off. I would stay here again.

Everything was great from the room to every staff member we interacted with. Will definitely stay here when in the Cleveland area again!

You can charge your card on hold or pay with another card/cash. All staff was superb and friendly. Piada restaurant is next door and open til 11pm. Parking in front and back This is a dog friendly hotel. This hotel have a pool table, bar, pool, fitness room.

My dog & I felt like we were right at home. I have zero complaints.

I have stayed here before and I like the location and it is clean I had to change rooms due to a smell in the room. They made accommodations immediately which I appreciated.
