Location,staff and how home like it felt. Nothing

Staff was overall friendly. Room wasn’t super clean but they do allow service animals so that was nice!

The staff was very professional and very helpful Everything thing was excellent no complaints

The kitchenette was definitely a plus. Everything seemed well cared for.

The upgrade from the renovation to the rooms.

-There is a tub, but not a plug to stop the drain from emptying the water from the tub; -The free toiletries included 2 mini bars of soap, one small tube of shampoo for two guests; -There was no tea/coffee maker in the room or available at the front desk; -There was no hairdryer in the room; -There was no tableware, not a plate, bowl, mug, utensils for eating, pots/pans for or utensils for cooking. The kitchen was empty. After inquiring at the front desk we learned that since COVID, all kitchenware was held else ware and had to be requested at the front desk and carried back to the room; -Carpet was non-existent; -No toaster existed; and, -No dining area in the room or building. These were all items listed in the Booking.com website associated with this hotel. It may not even be suited for the workmen and women that it was designed to serve. -There was no ice machine or source for ice; -"Breakfast" existed of one choice of coffee and hot water, gas station muffins, nutragrain-ish bars all presented on a 4'x6' buffet. It is called a "Grab and Go" breakfast. -The light blocking drapes had holes; -Room S103 is a ground floor room. Upon arrival the windows were open, screens have holes and the windows required two people to close. SEE ABOVE. Here are the elements that were satisfying or acceptable: -Making the reservation was a breeze; -The staff at front desk and custodial employees; -The beds and pillows provided two good nights of sleep; -The TV worked; -The wi-fi was free and unfettered; -The air conditioning unit worked very well; -There was ample hot water; -The refrigerator was of a good size... not a mini and not one for a home; and, -After closing and locking the windows, we felt safe.

- Rooms could use blackout curtains. - Room door needs replacing, was cracked from what looks like someone trying to break it down.

STRONG smell of cleaning products upon entering the room. Shower presure was pretty anemic and "breakfast" was a joke. But for price point ...clean comfortable bed. Thats all i needed

Great location, close to the freeway and tons of stores and restaurants. Valerie at the front desk was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and the room was clean and updated. Wonderful

Tub drain was clogging while we showered, broken handle in the tub, no full length mirror in the room, sink drain clogging when the water turned on and no towel hooks to hang towels to dry.

The bed we’re comfortable area was clean The toilet continuously kept backing up and not flushing. Ugh inconvenience

The "queen size" bed was horrible! The mattress was wrapped in plastic which was very wrinkled, noisy, and uncomfortable through the bed sheet. The bed springs creaked with every move. When I rolled out of bed the mattress was so worn out that I almost hit my head on the night stand that was 2 inches from the bed. When I asked the front desk for more sheets so that I could stop feeling the plastic wrapper, I was told that I had to bring the dirty sheets to the front desk and they would give me a new one. When I requested additional sheets, I had to go to the desk and they only had one fitted sheet available to give me. Also, the blanket on the bed looked like it was 10 years old. I was afraid to sleep under it! Finally, the queen size bed was actually a full size. The hotel also does not have an ice maker. There is one small tray in the freezer, so you have to plan ahead. When I asked the person at the front desk if he had anything, he opened the staff freezer to reveal 4 bags of ice to which he told me I could have a small cup of ice. When I asked for more, he said I could have a small cup of ice.

Budget hotel, worn a bit. Nice having a kitchen
