The TV only had 10 channels, and we had to stream everything on our computer. Very creepy property. Do not stay here! Grab-and-Go breakfast is a diabetic's nightmare!

Wasn’t informed about breakfast. The sign for breakfast was not easily visible.Parking was great for handicapped people. But there were people standing in front of the door smoking cigarettes, which was annoying. The guy that signed me in the first night, forgot to make sure that my key was on for the next day. Couldn’t get in to room, the was kind enough to help me, by coming upstairs to help me right away. She was very nice and helpful.

Offered 30% off on next stay. Like I would stay there again. Should have taken photos.

One of the exterior windows would not lock properly

Our room had a cracked window. I did report it to the front desk and he said they were aware.

Located between the National park and downtown, it was way easy to get around. Shops and such walking distance. Other guests were nice too The floors were dirty/sticky but it was easily solved by wearing socks

Great area I don’t have any complaints

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Yvonne. Nice to have a working freezer in the refrigerator. Floor was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Bed was uncomfortable due to plastic mattress cover and being too soft. No coffee-maker in the room.

Bed was too high... difficult to get into. Noisey. Someone nearby was smoking marijuana hallway reeked with the odir.

While they both worked perfectly fine, the air conditioner and refrigerator were on the noisy side. I believe the property has been updated, but the fridge showed signs of wear and tear.

Location,staff and how home like it felt. Nothing

Staff was overall friendly. Room wasn’t super clean but they do allow service animals so that was nice!

Everything thing was excellent no complaints

The kitchenette was definitely a plus. Everything seemed well cared for.

The upgrade from the renovation to the rooms.

VERY disappointing. Again, staff were wonderful, responsive and provided explanations for most of the issues raised. This would not have been so disappointing if the Booking.com website description was accurate. Let me elaborate: -There is a tub, but not a plug to stop the drain from emptying the water from the tub; -The free toiletries included 2 mini bars of soap, one small tube of shampoo for two guests; -There was no tea/coffee maker in the room or available at the front desk; -There was no hairdryer in the room; -There was no tableware, not a plate, bowl, mug, utensils for eating, pots/pans for or utensils for cooking. The kitchen was empty. After inquiring at the front desk we learned that since COVID, all kitchenware was held else ware and had to be requested at the front desk and carried back to the room; -Carpet was non-existent; -No toaster existed; and, -No dining area in the room or building. These were all items listed in the Booking.com website associated with this hotel. It may not even be suited for the workmen and women that it was designed to serve. -There was no ice machine or source for ice; -"Breakfast" existed of one choice of coffee and hot water, gas station muffins, nutragrain-ish bars all presented on a 4'x6' buffet. It is called a "Grab and Go" breakfast. -The light blocking drapes had holes; -Room S103 is a ground floor room. Upon arrival the windows were open, screens have holes and the windows required two people to close. SEE ABOVE. Here are the elements that were satisfying or acceptable: -Making the reservation was a breeze; -The staff at front desk and custodial employees; -The beds and pillows provided two good nights of sleep; -The TV worked; -The wi-fi was free and unfettered; -The air conditioning unit worked very well; -There was ample hot water; -The refrigerator was of a good size... not a mini and not one for a home; and, -After closing and locking the windows, we felt safe.
