They should put in paper napkins in the room.

Bring your own kitchen supplies if you are wanting to cook or eat anything. Ask for extra towels.

The room was big and clean. It’s our third time to stay here the past two years. However, just one complain this time. Our room was clean but it smelled like an animal had been staying there. Luckily the smell went away in the morning.

It’s not a family friendly stay as they don’t provide any utensils, sufficient toiletries, they have 2 devices limit for internet connection which also doesn’t work or having very low speed connectivity. This property may be good for only single person staying alone.

they moved me to a quieter room and i really appreciated it

The wifi cost extra, 6 bucks a week for real wifi. If not you get the super slow basic. Then the laundry is $3 a load as well. The coffee was ok but that's it. The shower had barely any pressure at all. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not a queen it was a full size bed and it was wrapped in this plastic wrap that seemed to be inflated? It took hours of my spouse and I laying it before it even partially deflated. The AC unit was barely on the wall and you to gingerly press it to not knock it off. No, just no. Never ever again.

Location was close to the freeway which was nice. However, I had a room with a window which directly faced the street. The hotel is very close to the street. I could hear the vehicle traffic outside my window. The room was not dirty but I wouldn't say it was clean either. No continental breakfast included with hotel stay. Housekeeping never came to the room once either during my stay. I can't say I'd stay here again and I'd probably spend the extra money for something better.

Clean, spacious room. Great having a full sized fridge and microwave. But no coffee maker, no hairdryer. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths, no hand towels. Gym and laundry room were nice to have. Good for those who are between more permanent living or even as affordable housing, but wierd for short term hotel.

Salem at front desk was very kind and helpful.

Coffee maker/press, toaster, pan… I know they’re offered at an additional cost, but other facilities at similar prices include such items.

A new hotel so everything is in good working order. Beds and linen very good. Bathroom facilities good. New fridge, microwave and 2 ring cooker but no coffee machine. Lift for luggage etc. to rooms. Why have a fridge, microwave and cooker in the room when there are no utensils, crockery, cutlery or pots to make or eat food, it seems pointless.

It was nice When asking for an extra towel the staff was a bit rude about it.
-
Very nice for a 2 night stay. Small gym and nice laundry facility. Very convenient location
-
A good value. Clean, very spacious room. Relatively quiet. Staff were great. Would def repeat if in the area. Staff didn't mention anything when I checked in about breakfast being available or where the next morning.

I booked 2 Queen beds for the 4 of us and when we went up to the room it was a King. I called the front desk and all I got was, "sorry that's all we had left"

Nice, big and clean. Had an elevator in the building we were in. The woman checking us in changed our room to one with elevator. Sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good. Need more room tho. Breakfast area needs to be bigger and more tables.
