Best Western Portland West Beaverton

Decent rooms. The hallways and lobby are outdated and not very appealing, and the cigarette smell is quite strong. Otherwise, it's a decent place to stay for a night.

Loved the front desk staff at check in. Room and hallways could be vacuumed a bit better. I’m also pregnant and didn’t enjoy walking out of my room to the hall way to be bombarded with the smell of marijuana. But over all it was good for a 1 night stay

I’ve stayed at this property for 12 summers in a row. It’s got everything you need good food, easy parking and a nice pool. See ya next summer!

The property is a bit of a maze and our balcony was accessible to anyone. The balcony could have used a hosing off. When checking in I was asked if I had any mobility issues. When I answered yes, I’ve had my knee replaced twice, I was told there were 6 stairs. There were 18 and it was very difficult to get my luggage up and down. We never made it to breakfast as it would require a walk up a very steep hill or more stairs. The pool was nice and heated. We had it to ourselves on a sunny morning. The shampoo and soaps all contained argan oil, which is a nut and a common allergen. Overall the beds were comfortable and our room was very clean.

First room we checked into smell like smoke and dog so staff changed our room immediately and investigated smells as room was non smoking. Pool and hot tub were great!

No elevator! Not sure how I missed that when booking the room. The room & bathroom was clean. Good place to stay in proximity to stores.

Even pulling in on a very loud Friday night with tons of commotion a huge kids sport tournament to concerts, the staff immediately helped us be located in a quiet, away from it all room and were so kind and caring. At checkout, Michael was fantastic and so personable. I love the older retro feel but with updated amenities. You still get the nostalgia vibes which I love, but with fresh updates/clean. I love the new rooms, so cozy and comfortable! I was in the King tower with a balcony and so my view of the stunning fountain and landscaping was heaven. From the gym, to the speakeasy to the large free parking (hard to find in Portland), to the pool/hot tub and relaxing property vibes, this is the place! We will be back over and over!

Hotel property and room is clean

Great property in Beaverton. We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was friendly and recommended places to see in Portland. Good breakfast and amenities were nice too. I will definitely recommend this.

The hotel staff are incredible. They are friendly and so helpful. Incredible breakfast with a variety of choices. Also, great coffee is offered throughout the day. The gardens, pool and balconies are beautiful. Most importantly, this is the best value of any hotel in the area especially given the amenities.

Bed was comfortable. Roomy. Needs updating but cleaning. Had no time to use the pool. Breakfast was ok. Nice that it was provided.

Very peaceful here, i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is old and sound proof is terrible. The complementary breakfast always run out.

Only thing is the eggs were mainly not refilled in the morning and ran out before closing time.

Staff were rude not helpful at check out and even after gone a received another hold on my credit card.

The breakfast was a big variety and plenty of room to find a place to eat. Their rooms are quiet, hotel was packed but noise level was bare. Close to downtown Beaverton, the restaurant had limited menu but good food, great service and great prices! I would stay here again
