Well-built enough to block out the sound of fireworks on July 4th!! We brought a dog who is very sensitive to the fireworks and he slept peaceably through the night. We'll be back next year.

In serious need of some updating. Actually one of the first things we noticed when checking in was that this hotel wasn't your typical Embassy Suites...no plants, no water falls, just a boring center courtyard that wasn't appealing at all. For a hotel with rules about check in and check out times you would think they would bulk up customer service around those forced times as people are arriving or trying to check out. We waited nearly 20 mins to check in and didn't get the room I actually reserved which left my husband sleeping on the couch because we didn't get the two bed room I reserved and there was no way we were sharing a king bed with our daughter and absolutely NO way I was leaving her to sleep in a separate room. We arrived back to our room late after our family event and had no extra blankets for the sofa bed and also have no idea what it was but as we were trying to fall asleep there was a loud *clunk* noise like someone punching an old school time clock that proceeded to repeat every 20 mins or so All. Night. Long. The least surprising thing was all of the door handles in the room, both bathroom and bedroom, close to falling off. And lastly, come on Hilton just don't offer the free breakfast if it's not going to be edible.

We were so impressed with this property. The representatives were incredibly professional and kind. The food was great and the drinks were even better. I will look to Embassy Suites in the future.

Room was okay good for one night, kid had fun at the pool, but floor could have used a power wash, felt like the room could have been cleaner but wasn’t to bad, free breakfast is always nice, omelettes were good.

Room was very good and clean. Breakfast was so good! Highly recommend! Our only complaint is only 2 washer/dreyers for 9 floors of rooms made it difficult to do any laundry.

Awesome continental breakfast with an omelet station. We had a suite with a pull out chaise lounge and 2 queen beds since we have 3 kids. It was nice to have 2 TVs so the kids could watch what they wanted at night. Walking distance to a mall, Cheesecake Factory restaurant, and a Target.

Not sure why a pet would have to go to 8th floor. It was a pain tryin to manage that. Nothing special about hotel. Very exspensive

I checked in around 8:30pm. At 11:31pm, while asleep, a text message arrived from Embassy Suites asking how my stay was going. This was very thoughtless and disturbingly inappropriate. Please stop pestering your guests with unnecessary messages, especially those arriving after hours.

The property was great for us. I liked the location. There was a fluke fire alarm at 12:30am, so we all had to exit the rooms. We had a physically challenged person with us, so the emergency steps to ground floor were not easy at all.

Clean, great evening reception and breakfast. The staff was lovely. The bed was incredible. I will be back!!

Happy with the overall experience. The breakfast.

The cleaning team should do better in refilling their toiletries and lotions, shampoo, etc. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness could be better for a hotel as nice as the embassy, the cleaning is not so great. The elevators for example were very dirty with the windows and rooms not as clean as hoped for. Overall the staff were helpful and handled my children’s burned from hotel lotion situation good with a discount. Which was a scary interaction I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and even though I had a small incident with kids and the hotel products, I’ll love to stay here again. Step on the cleaning team and this will be the best holiday hotel ever! Thank you!
