The housekeeping. She knocked on my door 2 hours before checkout in spite of the sign I left on the door requesting not to be disturbed and there was only 1 coffee service but 3 coffees.

I don’t like that they charge $10 a day for parking when I stayed in January of this year there was no charge now there is. They have plenty of parking so why charge?

Small rooms for a king room, bathroom was nice and shower. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast decent, parking I'd just lower the $10 to zero. I am a marketing rep for Oppenheimer and travel quite frequently, but I would take this as a five and dime charge as there are so many parking spots. Keep boosting that place up and refurbing, great location.

This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. If you want to shop, it’s a two minute drive to Washington Square Mall, and there’s a great outlet mall only a minute away. We have stayed there several times and have enjoyed it each time.
