Booked room for 3 people with sofa bed- when we arrived no sofa in room- asked for a rollaway bed, buy none available, so thankfully, they found a room with sofa bed!

I had a booking at another hotel in this area that was canceled with very short notice. I was desperate as we were celebrating our twins 10th birthday and had the perfect arrangement of rooms with our other booking. On the Thursday prior to my Sat reservation I was able to secure 4 rooms at this hotel. I stopped in to speak with the staff to confirm the booking and plead for connecting rooms, they notated it but could not guarantee anything. On the day of check in we arrived a little early to see if my request was granted, the front desk staff were very responsive to my needs and did their best. While we were only able to get 2 connecting rooms, they were able to offer us an upgrade the other 2 rooms to a larger rooms which were great for a sleepover. The kids were loud in the rooms with the doors closed but no one complained, we had a really good time. Core memories unlocked for sure. Thank you!!

Great staff!!!They were all very helpful. Clean rooms, carpet in hallways had an odour that was unpleasant. Overall it was exactly what was expected.

Wonderful stay, will it be back again someday.

That was an emergency stay because of our flight cancelled. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, provided us with water and toothpaste, room was huge and very clean. Shuttle to the airport is a great option

Great that it was not far from the airport. I was staying due to a long layover. Room was clean. My air stopped working but I was too tired to complain. I left too early to get breakfast. They have a free airport shuttle that was great and what I needed.
