Very helpful staff, and allowed me to check in almost 2 hours early

Property is somewhat dated and showing signs of wear and tear. Wi-Fi did not work and several attempts to call the front desk with no answer. Good location close to airport with airport shuttle included. If price comparably I would stay at this SpringHill suites next door. But not a bad experience.

Hotel room was comfortable, but doesn't provide in-room toiletries (i.e. ravor, face soap, coffee, etc). Shuttle is convenient to/from airport.

All of the above were GREAT. I'd stay next time in town. The manager goes around and checks on things. Keeps the employees straight. Daisy at the counter was helful when I called with questions and all were very helpful suggesting restaurants and such. Although I missed not having a coffee maker in the room, the frech ground machines in the lobby more that made up for it. Never saw that anywhere else. Buffett food was good and she kept it fresh, clean and stocked. I told her too.

The hotel was clean and great customer service!!

Everyone was very helpful and quick to share about the local area for a good meal.

beautiful property and amazing breakfast but rude and unwelcoming staff. i was given incorrect information by a hotel staff and who i assume was the manager accusing me of lying and “no one told you that” she made me cry and never even apologized

Clean and maintained property. It looks like the rooms have been remolded recently. I stay in “hotel block” off Cicero often. I will say this location was very close to the street which is a little more noisy than other hotels.

No frills stay but clean and quiet. Very close to Midway Airport.

We had an ADA accessible room and, when you stepped into the shower, water bubbled up from under the tile and it was not real clean. The sink had a crack all the way across. Breakfast was OK, but I really think a $30 per night parking fee was a bit much when there seemed to be plenty available in their lot. There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out about 8:30 and I waited for several minutes. Overall, overpriced all around, but so is most of Chicago.

Close to the airport . Convenient shuttle that ran 24 hr/day We got in late and left early. There wasn’t any option for an early breakfast, only coffee and tea. You could offer pastries or fruit, even packaged oatmeal.

The water pressure in the shower was the best !

I arrived late at night after a full day of travel and they helped me get checked in and to my room quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location near Midway airport. I didn't notice any noise from the roads or airport. The channels on the TV were limited, and the HDMI port didn't seem to work or I couldn't get the Source to change, so I just watched some shows on my laptop before sleeping. It wasn't a big deal since I wasn't there for long and mostly just needed sleep.

Fantastic breakfast. Nice rooms. Comfy beds. Wonderful staff.
