Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago-Midway Airport by IHG

I loved that is was close to the airport and close to good restaurants that were in walking distance

The room was super clean. That for me is most important. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great so convenient. Everyone worked so hard to make sure our stay was comfortable. I was impressed with the Holiday Inn Express midway by the airport. Front desk staff were so nice . Shout out to Barbara. Thank you.

Clean room, friendly staff who assisted us in getting a shuttle at 5 am.

Staff was very good. Front desk person upgraded our room so we were not by the ice machine before we knew we were booked by the ice machine. We had a late check in and the halls were not vacuumed, pretty dirty walk down the hall. Parking on site- plenty of spaces, which surprised me for Chicago MDW hotel.

We like the closeness to businesses for needed amenities (food, personal items, hygiene products, public transportation). We already recommended the hotel to a friend who is traveling to Chicago in September!

Staff did not tell us where the airport shuttle pick up was located. The sign in front indicated that the pickup was there but in fact it was around the side. We could have missed the shuttle. That is not acceptable. They must inform clearly where to get the shuttle.

Convenient location, lots of parking felt safe to leave car and uber into the city.
