Shower water pressure. Room layout. Front desk staff. Availability of shuttle to the airport. Business center. Breakfast not available during the early morning yet the cost of the room included breakfast. Furniture with fabric in room and lobby were dirty and needed cleaning, patching or replacing. Decor was outdated. No extra pillow or blanket in room closet.too pricey for one night.

The hotel hallway carpets need to be replaced. Hard paying $300 for hallways & pillows that need replacing!

Large room. Clean. Good location. Overall very satisfied.

Staff was so kind and helpful. Smaller pool but still well maintained. Lobby and room was clean. We stayed there for an event at Soldier Field. It was a short drive to the stadium and also close to the airport.
